Review 1：Breakfast was not just hit and miss it was a complete miss every day. Room was not cleaned except for 1 day after we complained. The jet bath was broken and the shower cubicle was very small.

Review 2：The staff were so friendly. The room was very big and you did not feel claustrophobic. The bathroom had a bath and a shower and a double sink.

Review 5：Shower next morning was virtually useless, breakfast despite the menu was a little basic, hence the poor score. Would have given it 8 if the shower was working correctly, little they can do when I was stood under it, hope they fix it for the next guy, I did report it on check-out.

Review 19：Room was above the main entrance. Very noisy when people were standing outside to smoke and when they were leaving premises waiting for taxi. Cigarette smoke could be smelt from the smokers in our bathroom so had o shut windows, Likewise noise so great that having shut bedroom windows you still couldn't get to sleep. Eventually dropped off about 1.00 am to be woken at 2.15 by people hammering to get in. Night porter not around and internal phone system didn't work. Hotel didn't answer phone when dialled the number from mobile. Ended up having to run round hotel to locate night porter who was eventually found in kitchen! By this time I was wide awake - Not a good nights sleep!!!!

Review 23：The only tiny thing I could fault this hotel on was the lack of a rubber bath safety mat for inside the bath, my elderly Mother did not feel safe at all. The staff did take the suggestion that some were purchased on board though so that's good.

Review 25：There was no lift and no help offered with our luggage Poor service in the restaurant though the food itself was good. Seated at two large tables, we received our main courses but were waiting for the veg. Eventually, we had to ask if we were to get any and with no apology, the waiter went to our other table, picked up their remaining veg and put it on our table. Some of us had pre-ordered wine. The rest of us were left wondering why we were getting no service. No-one explained and it was after breakfast the next day before we saw the sign saying bar service only.

Review 26：I was there on the hottest day of the year so far, the a/c didn't do much. There is no lift, so if you are disabled, you cant get to the room Bed a bit soft for my liking Decor is dated.

Review 34：Wi-Fi was fine to begin with but deteriorated; this is the biggest problem hotels need to solve as almost all visitors need Wi-Fi now; It was a pity not to be able to use it for TV; but very annoying not to even get the internet reliably or to be able to download my daily paper! according to the staff a new box is promised. also the bed wasn't the best; mattress soft or soggy. previous stay I'd had a good firm one.

Review 45：When booking, I mentioned I'd be arriving between 8-9pm, and 'could I book to eat then' - knowing the restaurant stopped serving at 9pm. When I checked-in at 20:40, this request seemed to be a surprise. I did get something to eat, but also got the feeling my request was unexpected and the hour inconvenient. Not really what you need after a long day working then travelling. Couldn't get hot water through shower in the morning- had to take a bath. Good job I was not in a real hurry.

Review 77：I chose room service as travelling alone, the menu is very limited and the chicken caesar salad I chose was pretty dreadful. Cos, chargrilled chicken, italian bacon and no cucumber and tomato thanks. It needs flavour not poached chicken, back bacon and iceberg! Shower pathetic and bare bulb lighting in the bedroom is horrid. I asked for a quiet room and did get one tucked away, but the M1 is obviously pretty noisy, and so is the function room. The good bed meant I slept through it though.

Review 78：Staff were great, bed very comfy, clean room (though the nice large bathroom smelt a little musty), WiFi worked well, breakfast pretty good AND served earlier than some, starting at 7.30am on a Saturday, good for those of us working.

Review 79：The menu and service in the Brassiere was slow and dull. The awful plastic mattress protector - caused a sleepless night until it was removed at 2am. Then a peaceful night was had. The noise from others filling their baths or having a shower was tiresome but did stop.
