Review 4：The owners are very friendly and helpful, the garden is beautiful with hammocks, where kids can play and relax. The location is gorgeous with the beach close by and a very nice taverna across the street.

Review 5：The only problem we had was with mosquitoes in the evening so make sure you have insect repellent and refills for the plug-in repellent (the plugs are provided at the accommodation)

Review 6：The location is very good, just 5 mins from the beach which is very nice. Also the Babis&Popi mini-market and taverna are very close-by. The accommodation is very well equipped for a family of 4. The family who run the small complex were lovely, very friendly and welcoming and made us iced coffee on our arrival.

Review 7：The staff was a disaster. When asked to arrange a transfer they just gave us a number for the general taxi service, which could be found on the internet, when asked for a spare blanket - refused with no explanation, declined to accept credit card (while they had it in the specifications) and we had to go to another town for the ATM. After that tried to refuse to compensate the banks comissions for cash withdrawal (while we have negotiated that beforehand and while we paid for the trip ourselves). When we planned our departure we have asked the staff if we could leave 2 hours later (at 2 p.m.) and got a confirmation, but then, at 11.45 she came with a word from the owner that it is not possible and we have to pay extra money for each extra hour (blaming booking.com for this). The kitchen dishes where scarce - only 4 forks and 4 spoons for 4 people (which is ok for the hotel, but not for the appartment), not hooks for towels, lots of mosquitos and no mosquito nets, the wind was strong all the time and we had to put some paper in the doors and windows so that they don't make sounds during the night. Wi-fi didn't work during the first half of the stay and then it worked only in the balcony for the most devices (couple of iphones, ipads, kindle, one notebook), one notebook was working in the kithchen near the door - which was bad, because you could not serf the internet at night due to mosquitos.

Review 8：The place (Frangokastello) is a very nice place, albeit without an ATM. Fantastic beaches, a sidewalk, small number of tourists, opportunity to walk to the mountain villages, lots of nice tavernas with simple but tasty food (we especially liked Oasis and Babis and Popi), nice folks at the village.

Review 9：beds were a little hard but that seems the norm for greece! we really needed a pool for the stay to be complete

Review 17：Great location close to Fragokastello. Very friendly staff a traditional house feel. Highly recommend for a quiet clean hotel. Working on a table on the small balconies under the grape's shade was incredible. It also had a fully equipped kitchen so it is great for a family.
