Reviews for Le Clos Des Pradines

Review 1:A bit pricey but we really enjoyed it. Ian and his colleagues were all very pleasant and helpful.

Review 2:Very pretty hotel in a lovely village. Quiet, restful place - with great food and wine. Tucked away location - look out for their signposting.

Review 3:Excellent location, owners and staff very friendly, helpful and nothing too much trouble. Meals and service, excellent, advice on courses and wines impeccable. We are already planning to return.

Review 4:The restaurant is one of the best in all of Provence! The flavors, the presentation, the service but most of all - the creativity! Bravo to the chef

Review 5:+ Very pleasant atmosphere+ Friendly owner couple who made us feel very welcome and gave us good tips for visits in the area + Excellent food - and I mean EXCELLENT - even for French standards. We had dinner at the hotel every evening, which is something we very rarely do. + Lu the dog - so playful and sweet. And that is said by two cat lovers. ;-)

Review 6:There was no staff on duty at night you had to let yourself into the Hotel at night the staff where so rude very poor service the staff where very young girls with no experience to get a drink from the bar was a joke asked for a Gin tonic Reply we Haven't any as the English have drank it all last week, It seems to me all they are interested in is making as much money without giving good service to there guests I have booked many Hotels through your company and never been to such a poor unfriendly hotel ,and would never recommend this Hotel to anybody.

Review 7:There is nothing to like about this Hotel.

Review 8:If you use Tom Tom it will take you through some very tight winding roads. Check with Hotel on best way to find the place. Breakfast could be a little more expansive.

Review 9:Lovely comfortable Hotel in a very pretty village. Situated at the top of the village the views are beautiful. Food in the evening is great with some nice wines on the menu and in a lovely setting on the terrace. Nice pool area.

Review 10:Not enough sun loungers :)

Review 11:We got engaged here so will now always be special Size of hotel was perfect so not too many guests and not too busy. Food was amazing and staff very helpful. Location great to get to Uzes and explore St Quentin.

Review 12:Unable to produce an extra pillow.

Review 15:Food excellent. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Room very attractive, spacious and well-appointed. Hotel is wonderfully relaxing and peaceful.

Review 16:The quality of the cooking does not justify the prices of the a la carte menu.

Review 17:Free room upgrade

Review 18:Wonderful location and charming hotel, well worth a visit

Review 19:This hotel is wonderful. The food and the service were excellent.

Review 20:a little difficult to find

Review 21:the building and location the pool the food, excellent the service very good the pool

Review 22:Extremely difficult to find in the village, very narrow streets and difficult corners. Arrival time was stated as 8pm latest but we were rung at 7pm to be told that reception was closing and asking for our eta. As we were stuck in traffic due to major roadworks in Avignon this was not appreciated!

Review 23:Friendly staff, good restaurant, very quiet and peaceful, lovely gardens and pool area.

Review 24:Owners could be friendlier. They seemed to be a bit stressed.

Review 25:Pool; just the job to relax after a long trip from Zürich. We had an early start the following day so eating in restaurant was practical. Food was fine.

Review 26:Unfortunately the meal was very nouveau cuisine which I have to say wereally didn't enjoy. We were hoping for real French grub ie. Coq auvin. Escargots etc. The breakfast was normal but it would have helped ifthe two ladies that were not busy poured the coffee at the table as wewere forever getting up and down for either milk a spoon sugar etc. asthe cups were on our breakfast table so we presumed we would be served. The owners were very nice.

Review 27:The setting and building were superb especially the swimming pooland grounds.

Review 28:The quality of the cooking for dinner was not good.

Review 29:The hotel has a beautiful and peaceful location near to Uzes. We eat outside for breakfast and dinner, and the swimming pool was refreshing.

Review 30:The hotel and meals are overpriced. Get in your car and find someplace else to eat. There are several recommended restaurants a short drive away.

Review 31:All of the rooms have views of the countryside and the village of Uzes. The room is large and the bath is updated and attractive.

Review 32:The cold bedroom floors in winter!

Review 33:Very friendly. On the third day of our stay (a Sunday, at the end of February) we found ourselves to be the only guests. Patrice lit a welcoming fire and invited us to enjoy our evening meal alongside. What a joy! We couldn't have appreciated it more!

Review 34:Le Clos Des Pradines proved to be a lucky find. We where looking for ahotel in the area planning to see the Pont du Gard and Uzes on our driveback to the uk. We found this charming, friendly and comfortable hotelon the internet. They were due to close for holidays the day after wearrived but that didn't prevent the restaurant providing anexcellent meal – one the best of the holiday. The couple who run it wereabsolutely delightful. I don't usually enthuse about hotels but Imust make an exception in this case. I definitely plan to return.

Review 35:Very friendly staff, beautiful accommodation and surroundings. Also a very nice restaurant.

Review 36:Restaurant expensive.

Review 37:Very helpfull staff.

Review 38:Everything

Review 39:Al fresco meals on terrace Good breakfast Well maintained Pleasant gardens and pool

Review 40:towels basic room

Review 41:pool location

Review 42:The bath room is very nice. For old Persons, its will be wishable, to have A support on the wall, over the bath, to be safe during the shower.
