Review 1：A need to shop first in order to use it, hopeless if you arrive pm. Missing the basics, coffee filter paper, nothing to wash up or dry with, no dishwasher tablet, one loo roll half used, tired settee, dirty looking table, items missing but not offered to be replaced.

Review 2：Staff and location, secure parking though 3 flights of separate steps to get to the apartments, external facilities good.

Review 3：Apartments not provided with kitchen essentials such as washing up liquid or cloths despite having to thoroughly clean before leaving. A small pack of cleaning essentials and tea/coffee would have been most welcome to complete our stay...

Review 5：We stayed in a studio apartment and found it to be perfect for our needs. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well equipped so we could cook our meals for our stay. We loved having a spacious balcony to sit at as well. It was a lovely place to stay.

Review 6：Maid service is not included leaving us with the same set of sheets and towels for 1 week. We did get 2 more towels from reception at a cost of €9 for 2. Breakfast is €8 per person and consists of ordered in pastries, cornflakes orange juice and coffee which is put out at 8 am, so if you go for breakfast at 10.30 thd coffee will be cold. Walk into town and have breakfast in one of the cafes instead.

Review 19：It was not clear what was included in terms of cleaning, linen, sheets. I booked a place for 4 adults and there were only towels for two people. The reception was always closed. We had requested a baby cot and it was not there and no one was at reception. No emergency number either. They made us take the sheets of the bed and towels even though cleaning was included and made us empty the trash can and scrub the kitchen.

Review 23：Family of 4 with young children, we chose the larger apartment for 6 people with 2 separate bedrooms. We were initially given the apartment next to the main road, but upon requesting, the next morning we were moved to the quiet and delightful sea-view apartment right next to the pool (a little more expensive). Staff were very helpful, and did their best to accommodate our request (hotel was full the night before). The facilities are great - swimming pool, playground, mini-golf. The views from the top of the grassy-knol within the hotel grounds is great. The sound of crashing waves every morning is incredible. Biarritz village is a short 5 minute drive away - walkable too or there is a bus stop just outside the hotel.

Review 24：9 Euro for extra towel, no kitchen soap of drying towel. Patio set was not setup and dirty.

Our room was described as 'sea side' which means you look into the rooms opposite you - the sea is to the side, you need to stand up on your balcony to see it. Six foot white panels between balconies spoil the view and seem a bit excessive.

Review 37：The apartment was the last one they had (no.50) and looked like a lock-up from outside. Rusty shutters and no natural light coming through. Upon checkout the staff accused us of stealing a hand towel but maid had already put everything in laundry so no way to check she had miscounted. Made to feel like thieves. High price to pay for shoddy room and staff.

Since the office was closed immediately after we checked in at 7:00 PM and there was no sign with information on who to call after hours, we were not able to obtain any more towels. The small window in each bedroom at the top of the wall that only opened part way did not make up for the lack of air conditioning.

Review 47：The rooms were very sparse and sterile; the hotel supplied no soap, so we could not wash our hands. They ask you to clean the kitchen but supply no cleaning supplies. The towels are very thin and small....not the worst thing but overall the place feels cheap. For us, it felt overpriced at 188 Euros per night.

Review 92：We stayed in the studio, the bed (fold-out couch) was comfortable, good size room, well-equipped kitchenette, easy walk to Cote de Basque, pool, tennis, putt putt. We had a car so we drove into town and parking fees in town were very reasonable. The Residence Mer et Golf Eugenie provide free, secure parking.

Review 93：Had a rest with 29.06.2013 till 03.07.2013. At placement by employees a reception 200 euros by cash as pledge were taken from us. At eviction money wasn't returned though we warned the personnel the night before. Yhey promised to transfer money to the card, but didn't transfer and to letters of inquiry don't respond. The opinion is created that it is simple fraud from hotel.

Review 99：This was an ideal apartment for our short stay in Biarritz. It is great for exploring the surrounding area but you need a car. We chose a room with a sea view which was well worth the extra money (€24 total for 4 nights) The rooms were comfortable enough and in the summer the balcony would offer a good outside area for eating and relaxing.
