Review 5：From check in to check out, every member of the staff I interacted with was extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient. I loved the location of the hotel - fantastic views from the room (had a room facing the beach), easy access to the beach, short walking distance to key sites, town centre, restaurants, and a small grocery store. Good selection at the buffet breakfast. Room was a decent size with good amenities and bed really comfortable.

Review 6：- nice hotel, but overpriced for what they offer (it's basically a bed&breakfast, with a small bar area at the reception) - sea side room on reception level (level 2) had seavire to some extent, but was basically looking onto the municipal swimming pool building - toilet flush mechanism did not work on arrival, they fixed that quickly on the second day after we notified them (would have expected them to check it before our arrival, though - considering the price level!)

Review 10：access to parking is not easy, need to drop off luggage and drive to a public parking nearby. This was not indicated when we booked and would have helped us when we arrived as driving in Biarritz may be tricky.

Review 13：The location was terrific, located direct to the grand beach. The staff at the hotel was very service minded. We really appreciated the service that one from the personnel came to the room in the late afternoon and asked if they could do anything for us.

The proximity to the beach was great and the guest only access and towel service were a nice touch too. Will definitely stay again when I head back to Biarritz.

Review 95：It is a pretty expensive breakfast as for us. The "sideview" has to beexplained. Yes, the window was faced in front of next building wall (ithas no windows and located in 5-6 meters away). We had a room on asecond floor (the same as reception) and it was able to see the oceanform room. But I think the other "side" rooms have a worse view.

Review 96：The main and huge advantage of the Winsdor hotel is the situation. Therear door leads you in 20 meters of beach. It is also just 3-4 minuteswalk from central square (Clemanceau). The public underground parking islocated just in minute walk away (there was an option to buy a weekticket for 70 euros (instead of 15 euro per day). The stuff is veryhelpful and well-wishing. Pretty nice interior aslo Need to say: if youdrive there by a car, it's better to approach it by blvd. De General DeGaulle, because there is a hotel reserved park place to check in, whichyou probably won't find at the front door (Av. Edouard vii) where to agps leads.

Review 97：We had the garden room, which was relatively small (although typical for European standards). The bathroom was new, but with a shower only, not bathtub.
