Guests at Rockpool House and Apartment have lovely panoramic views of Loch Sunart and the Scottish Highlands. There is free Wi-Fi and traditional Scottish dishes cooked using local ingredients.
Each room has a flat-screen TV/DVD player, free tea and coffee and a bathroom with under-floor heating and a shower. The communal sitting area’s large window overlooks the Loch.

Review 1：I rarely feel compelled to leave reviews but this place just blew me away. The location the hospitality, the food & friendliness of the hosts was 1st class. Best stay over we have had in years. Will definitely go back (and i never say that!) There are many reasons why this is rated 10, go stay, i promise you will not be disappointed.

Review 2：Warm welcome by Val and Richard. Homemade dinner in late evening and exceptional breakfast in the morning - everything prepared with so much love for any detail and huge sense for beauty! Great big room with sea view. Most comfortable stay for us in any regard. We would love to stay here any time again.

Review 3：Loved our stay! Very comfortable and clean. Our hosts were the nicest people and were very helpful. The food was delicious, all organic and homemade. I also liked that there were only 2 B & B rooms in the house that were separate from their living quarters and there was a living room for those 2 rooms. The dining room was also beautifully set-up and inviting.

Review 5：We loved the hosts and the entire experience they provide! From homemade cake and tea on arrival to amazing home cooked, hand crafted breakfast (everything including the jam is homemade). We loved this little B&B and hope to return someday soon!

Review 6：Our self catering apartment was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The view looks out onto the stunning loch where you can see otters, porpoise, seals and more. Val and Richard are so friendly and welcoming. They make you feel at home. We have been twice now and will definitely be back again. We had an amazing relaxing time there.

Review 8：Just the perfect hideaway. Ardnamurchan is a wonderful part of Scotland. Richard and Val are very warm and accomodating hosts, with a great eye for detail. We stayed in the appartment next door. Lovely views over the lake. It has all the amenities to make you feel at home. Val is such a great cook. No reason to leave the place.

Review 20：Richard and Val were exceptional hosts from the moment we first booked at Rockpool House. The room was spacious, clean and a great view across the loch. We arrived early evening and greeted with a cup of tea and biscuits. Great little shared sitting room also looking out over the Loch. Only stayed for one night but could easily have relaxed there for a week.

Review 21：We Had an Outstanding stay at the Rockpool and would recommend to anyone! Location is superb alongside Loch Sunart with wildlife such as Eagles & a local otter that lives just outside the House. Val & Richard are perfect hosts & nothing is any trouble. Rooms are large spacious and very clean and wouldn't be out of place in a five star hotel with a selection of teas/coffee. Breakfast is a joy with homemade & local produce... Just book you won't be disappointed!

So disappointed that we only had one night here. Breakfast superb with eggs from their own hens, home made jams, bread, even the sausages and butter are home made! Top that! Book well in advance this is somewhere that will book up quickly with returning guests.

The scenery around the apartment is stunning beyond words. Beauty, peace, silence, wildlife everywhere...Makes one yearn to stay there for ever. Regret that we had not booked longer than 3 nights, as we didn't want to drag ourselves away. Would recommend without hesitation for anyone seeking an idyllic, romantic, poetic piece of Scotland to relax in. Gorgeous.

Review 64：Everything was perfect: Resipole is a quite remote but wonderful place between sea and mountains. The owners are very nice and helpful people. The rooms are very clean, with nice furniture and decoration. Bathroom is well designed, nice and very clean. The breakfast in family's dining room was great with quality and some home-made products. The mezzanine with it's large bay window with view on the fjord (sorry... loch!) was very impressive and I could stay there for hours watching outside! I only regret to have stayed there for just one night.
