Review 1：Clean, comfortable, centrally located, friendly staff, were able to store baggage for a week while we hiked. Good breakfast and nice onsite restaurant for dinner.

Review 2：Views from the rooms are the bets from any hotel: almost unreal. The food was so good that we ate in all three nights. Unfussy, top-notch stops before and after a few nights in refuges in the Vanoise Alps.

Review 6：Don' t be mislead by the pictures at booking.com. It won't be as posh as you would have expected. However it is very good value for money. In the centre of Pralognan. Confortable beds. Very good breakfast. And very friendly owners/staff.

Review 16：Edelweiss is a family hotel which is run by a lovely couple.The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are large, clean comfortable and well equipped. Excellent hotel chef who prepares dishes are invested at fair prices. Hotel managers give personal attention to each guest - they helped us to plan a trip to the mountains and even took the initiative to call the places where we slept in order to make sure we arrived safely. The hotel is highly recommended!

Review 17：All the staff were friendly and attended to your every need. We ate in the restaurant on 3 nights the food was excellent. The hotel is only a very short distance from the the ski slopes and the centre of the village. Terry and Morgan and all the staff made our holiday a fantastic experience.

Review 18：The reception and attention from Thierry and his wife were impressive! They did everything to make us very comfortable. As an special event at dinner, during my fiancee`s birthday, they made a celebration with a Brazilian Happy Birthday and great surprise for us...it was awesome! Thank you...Obrigado :)

Review 20：The hotel sits at the edge of Pragnolan, which is a very nice little town at the end of a valley, mostly visited by French families and people who enjoy hiking in the wonderful mountains surrounding it. Its very quiet. Our room had a balcony overlooking the mountains, equipped with chairs and table and the it was simple, but fairly spacious and clean and the bathroom appliances were modern. The young couple who run it are very friendly and helpful, speak a decent English and work desperately hard to make everybody happy. The breakfast is very nice. The food in the restaurant is nothing special (Savoy specialties - lots of potatoes and cheese), but you get a hearty and nice tasting meal. They don't have a lot of staff, and at the days when the chef has a day off, the owner cooks himself. You see them early in the morning and late at night. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this hotel. It is not luxurious, but very good value for money and very relaxing.
