Review 23：The rooms were quite spacious and clean. Once you figure out the bus routes, its easy to access. Definitely a good price compared to hotels in the area.
Review 24：Do not try to arrive on a Wednesday afternoon! The booking confirmation gives 17.00-19.00 as the Wed. hours at which to arrive but it is contradicted in the small print far below and the gates are locked at this time. You cannot get in if you arrive outside the specified opening hours. I had to go and find another hotel for Wednesday night and there was no refund offered even though I showed the very rude manager the booking confirmation which clearly stated check-in was 17.00-19.00 on Wednesday!!

Review 26：Hard to reach, very very dirty. No garbage box in the room. Very easy toget into the rooms from balcony. We also had a mouse in the room. Wehear it everynight. This is not even a 1 star motel, is like a house forstudents. Defintly not 60 euros/night. Nothing to recommend! I wasin 1 star hotel in Germany or Greece, was luxury.
Review 27：13 km till Cannes, 24 km till Nice. But 40 min drive to Cannes, over 1one to drive to Nice. Very very hard traffic.
