Review 1：Host ok one minute could not do enough, he got very annoyed when the front door to the outside of the property was open slightly i got told to keep the f...ing door shut even though I was outside and my other half was following me out. No need for that sort of language to your guest.
Review 2：Room clean spacious bed comfortable TV could have been bigger to small for size of room, but ok. Breakfast nice.

Review 5：1)could not take food back to the room or drink my hubby is a type 1 diabetic they was no signs to say this other then the owner having ago at us when we tryed to bring food back even though they is take away means at the door when you walk in and ones in the room 2)the room was cold and tv was very small 3) went down for breakfast the next morning to be had ago at by the owner again (BTW i am a 20 year old girl) would not give me my breakfast. he got right in to my face made me cry in front of eveyone all because i look young for my age would not tell me why he was having ago or what he want from me worst person to ever meet. i paid £80 for the room and breakfast to not get the breakfast and to be treated like nothing infront of other customers. i also felt discriminant because i look young for my age. i would never stay at this place

Review 7：The welcome both on arrival and at breakfast was very warm, and the room was comfortable. Despite the great central Matlock Bath location it was actually a very peaceful place.

Review 14：Paul was an absolute joy he couldn't do enough for us. Bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Beautiful view of the river. The biggest full English I've ever seen. Home made cake was delicious :-) 100% recommended. Will b back without a doubt. Paul u do an amazing job keep it up :-) xx

Review 17：Anyone wouldn't be happy waking up very early in the morning because the curtain is not enough to hinder the sunlight from coming through. I suggest a darker color for the summer time.

Review 19：Good that Parking was free but not too clear when booking where it would be. Wifi password must have changed overnight as we couldn't get wifi in the morning. No big deal, just surprised it wasn't the same password. In fact my wife was pleased it wasn't working!

Review 21：Excellent service, biggest breakfast we've ever seen! Basic food cooked really well. It was our honeymoon and Paul made us feel very welcome and our stay special, shame we didn't meet Jayne but we WILL be returning for that honour :-D
