Review 1：We had to move caravans at 9 pm at night as our boiler broke and the caravan they put us in wasn't good and was unclean . The children have to be out of the main club at 9pm on a Saturday . There's not much to do for adults and the pool is too shallow to swim in.

Review 3：The scale of this place is both a blessing and a curse. We're talking about a huge park with several hundred caravans. This means the place is run professionally and has well functioning routines. It also means it's a bit too big for its own good as it's easy for any activity to get oversubscribed. You can't really be spontaneous as you're likely to need bookings in advance for almost everything you want to do. The swimming pool gets so crowded it's impossible to swim, there are elaborate rules as to where children are allowed and when, the gym is barely used by anyone as you can only access it after an induction you need to book in advance at specific timeslots twice a day, etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay but spent most of our time outside the park as we felt using the facilities was too much hassle.

Review 4：Beautiful location, clean and well equipped caravans, the park is well run and staff are as helpful as they can be.

Review 5：Caravan was a bit damp, the curtains had mold stains on in the bedroom and the pillows felt damp on the double bed & also the sofa bed smelt damp and was a bit stained and worn on the seat part.

Review 11：The caravan needed some tender loving care & you had to wait about 3/4hr to get into the swimming pool, but the upside to that is the swimming pool was not over crowded.

Review 12：First impressions, is the place was luxurious. The entertainment for the children, was great, frozen all day on the 2nd day of our stay. The staff were very friendly & welcoming.

Review 13：Bed uncomfotable, had a less superior caravan fot the same price as the other member of family , bit small to be honest.

Review 17：Thought that 5pm was too early for the swimming pool to close, as like to swim after returning from a day out. Think that where possible all caravans that could have parking should have - ours had the space to park but was grass not tarmaced. Caravan windows could have with a good clean externally.

Review 18：Beech 3 caravan inside was clean and well equipped. Meals in the restaurant were good. Complex was well kept.

Review 19：The only thing I could find fault with is that the double bedroom lacked space, I have arthritis in my knee and found it difficult to get in and out of bed. Will book a bigger van next time.
