Review 1：The room was small (considering the value), bathroom was basic but functional. All together, the room was overpriced. The view was there but diminished by outside racks.

Review 2：The location is incredible. Breakfast was nice. Staff was welcoming and answered to our needs in a timely manner.

Review 3：On settling our bill we discovered that the hotel had charged 394 Euros for the final night which was a Sunday all other nights during our 7 night stay were between 200 and 210 euros. When asked for an explanation we were told that this is because we had booked through booking.com and if we had booked direct the charge for the last night would have been 210 euros. Despite many emails to Booking.com we have not been given a satisfactory explanation by either them or the hotel and feel that a nice stay has been tarnished. We will not be going back as we consider that we have not been given the best price which was guaranteed by booking.com

Review 7：Bar staff very slow. After waiting for 10 mins for service I asked at bar but was told 'wait and my colleague will be over' - he never arrived. After waiting 5+ mins the following evening we simply went to the bar next door. No shortage of bar staff just very slow and inefficient!!

Review 92：The air conditioning did not work and although we reported this it was not fixed during our stay which was 5 nights duration There was no walk in shower which was requested and as I am slightly disabled I had great difficulty climbing in and out of the bath in a rather small bathroom. I was completely incredulous that in a hotel of this standard and price bracket there should be no mirror in the room. As a result it was extremely difficult to dress We were told that there was only 1 mirror shared between 19 rooms which was only given to those who requested it. this is ridiculous for a 4 star establishment.

You either have to transport it from the underground public car park or double park on a main road lock the car and walk a 100 meters leave your luggage and then go back around the towns one way system to park. No offer of help or portage. spoiled an otherwise perfect stay

Review 107：Paid for a triple room but by the time the sofa bed was opened out there was very little room to move around. The sofa bed was accessed through a hand rail or from the bottom of the bed. There was less than a foot width on either side of the main bed. Again the bathroom was tiny, just large enough for one person to use at a time.

I thought I had a roomwith a split floor and an external balcony but I only had a triple roomthis was dissapointing at a cost of £500 for two nights. The lack ofcoffee/milk in the room was poor and the seperate toilet is a badidea there was no iron in the room. The additional sofa bed in thetriple room was poor and I believe when in use made the space toocramped. I have stayed at the radision in Biarritz and they offer ahigher standard but your location is better.
