Review 1：A really long way from the center. Should be mentioned better that the key is supposed to be picked from the citycenter and the breakfest is also there. Also the breakfest was a disappointment. And what's with the tv in the room, didn't even work. They could take it away, like the remote was taken. :D

Review 5：Good organisation for arrivla, maps etc, also discount voucher for 2 restaurants. Excellent breakfast, good variety. Only 15 min walk to Castle and other sights. Lift for getting to the upper floors and parking outside the building.
Review 6：There is not 24 hour reception as stated on booking form, not even manned after 3pm and hard to find anyone interested when checking out. Staff we did meet didn't care and generally rude, facilities the bare minimum, curtains don't reduce light one bit. Location away from downtown. Ordinary breakfast.

Review 9：Really good location for Opera festival guests, walking distance to Olavinlinna Castle. Breakfast was normal good hotel standard.
Review 10：During Opera festival reception was closed after 3 pm and you had to call them to find out where they had left the key. A major problem for people with no cell phone. Internet connection was only available in the lobby and breakfast room, which of course were closed after 3 pm. I had to sit on the stairs to read my e-mails. Curtains were not thick to protect form the sun at night.
