Review 1：Very comfortable full board hotel. A little bit out of the way from the slopes of St Anton but the free local bus ran every 15 minutes in the morning and afternoon and it was a short 3-4 minute walk to the bus stop. Good breakfast and dinner. Sauna and steam room in the hotel. Being from Colorado a hot tub would have been nice but that's a very American feature. The staff spoke English and was very accommodating to our group of 23.

Review 2：Some of the rooms did not have satellite TV or access to a telephone. Some of the décor found in the rooms is slightly dated. The single room did not have a balcony.

Review 3：Having visited Austria many times for our annual ski holiday, this truly is one of the best hotels that we have stayed at.The staff are very helpful, accommodating and welcoming. Nadja speaks very good English and can answer any questions that you may have. Although English is spoken in the hotel, a little German will go a long way toward helping you to enjoy your stay. Andrea was particularly kind and helpful to us during our stay as well.The rooms are comfortable and the majority have a balcony from which you can admire beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.The Wellness-area, in the hotel's basement, is lovely; there is a sauna, steam room and relaxation room with loungers. This area was always kept clean throughout our stay and we made good use of it (perfect for aching muscles after a day on the slopes)The restaurant area is very pleasant; our table was located in a corner of the newly-refurbished section and we really enjoyed eating all of our meals there.Now, the food is probably this hotel's best feature. It was delicious. Breakfast left little to be desired with a great selection of meats, cheeses, fruit and yoghurt. As for dinner, there was great variety and it was clear that fresh, local ingredients were being used. We particularly enjoyed the Austrian buffet and Gala evenings.The hotel's location in Pettneu a. Arlberg is good. Two bus stops within easy reach of the hotel, these being served by two bus routes; 7 & 9. Steinig bus stop (outside Haus Parseier) can be reached in 2 minutes walking time (with skis and poles in tow) and you reach the first lift in Sankt Anton (Nassereinbahn) in just under 10 minutes. There is also a bus stop on the main road, above the hotel, served by bus route 7. With this in mind, at the end of the day, you can always find a bus back to the hotel departing in the next few minutes from either of the bus terminals.

Review 4：Naturally friendly staff. All shelves, cupboards, drawers provided for comfort in excellent space. Lovely, varied food.
