Review 1：- It was very warm during our stay, we really would have liked climate control. - At times there was some noise from neighbours (I think many of the other apartments in the building are occupied by students of nearby schools)

Review 3：The rooms are not clean, you can find dirt from the guest that resided there before you. The manager is rarely in the house. The fridge was very loud. You get nothing to clean the dishes except water and a sponge. We had the feeling the hot water is limited, if you are in the middle of showering the hot water gets less and less until its completetly gone and you have to finish the shower with ice cold water.
Review 4：You can book a very cheap apartment with a little kitchen right behind the door. The personnel was nice and very helpful when it was needed. If you like two single beds you can get them. Even though it was around 30°C without air conditioning it was not hot. It is very good for what you pay for. Water from out of the faucet can get very hot.
Review 5：Very basic kitchen. The plates were dirty. Limited hours of reception. The responsible of the residence promised to leave our key in the safe but when we came there was nothing and her phone wasn't available. So we had to call to booking and wait 1hour until she came. Terrible smell in the room.

Review 18：It met our expectations. Clean and cosy room, well-equipped kitchen. Great location for travel to Cannes and Nice.

Review 22：After two days from check out we received email about additional fee for"cleaning" but when we asked what was wrong they can not tellwhat. After two days it was immposible to compare my opinion with them,even we were still in Antibes.
Review 23：The limited bus schedule on Sunday left us a bit stranded. The Casino grocery store is difficult to get to on foot.
Review 24：12 minute walk to ISP Tennis Academy. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There is a bakery, a convenience store and restaurants near by in Garbejaire.
Review 25：Very well accommodation for students, or people which need an economical room with comfort. Wonderful forest is around this residence. In the night you feel fresh forest air and silence - it is fantastic. And value for money - i think, it is very good for the seaside.
Review 26：No a/c so we had to sleep with the door/window open but we were above the roundabout in front of the hotel that had cars driving by all night long, and we were also next to a patio with people partying til 2am right outside our patio with the door open. We were sweating all night even with the door and window open. It was also dirty with lots of ants all over the floor. We never saw an employee and we stayed for two nights. The lights are off in the hall at night so it is hard to find your room and find the key hole.

Review 28：no air conditioning, but wasn't hot. not much stores or restaurants around, especially at night, only one pizza truck parked right outside of the building, but working till 22h. internet access for one device only, which is a real hassle if you are not alone or have another device.
Review 29：nice apartment, functional, enough furniture. quiet at night. a good location if you are by car, and use this place as a sleeping base, and visit all the cities on the shore - cannes, nice, antibes (very recommended), even monaco and monte carlo. can park freely by the road very close to the building.

Review 32：Not many kitchen tools - we saw that another apartment had abigger/better frying pan which would have worked better. No airconditioning - not a problem for me in June, but it may be a problem forsome in the hotter months of July and August. I don't have a car,but if you do, you'll need to find public parking (they have storagefor a motorbike/scooter though). The internet usage is restricted toone device at a time. These are all small problems but I woulddefinitely still recommend this place!
Review 33：I really liked this apartment. It's in a building which is alsoshared by students, interns and young professionals - your room is onthe rear of the building. There are vending machines which aren'toverpriced if you feel hungry or thirsty. If you arrive out-of-hours,you can just call them and they will tell you that the keys are left ina secure box by the entrance. The kitchenette is equiped to make asimple meal. The apartment is located in Sophia Antipolis, a businesspark set in a big area of greenery - finding it can be a challenge, soit may be easier to find with a car and a gps. Nearby you have the nicevillages of Biot, Villauris and Mougins. Of course, a little furtheraway are Cannes, Antibes and Nice. The beaches (Cannes, Juan-les-Pins)are just 20 mins ride away on a motorbike, a little more by car. Theflat itself is nice and good value. Being a student dormitoryoriginally, it certainly felt like I was back in university (a nicething for me) and there is a big table to work on if you have work todo, as well as a big table to share a meal with a friend. Our internetdidn't work, but the lady was helpful with sorting this out.Remember to clean the flat before you leave - the vacuum cleaners aredownstairs in her office - a small price to pay for a place I considergood value.
Review 34：No airco, very bad bed. Very dark environment when arrive in the evening. No atmosphere. Shower was like a hose. After complain and not staying 2nd night money was not returned. Not possible to pay with Amex card.
