Review 1：beware it's over the top of a bar that primates live bands so there is music early even
Review 2：The rooms are spacious and beds are really comfortable, compared to higher priced accom in resort I've experienced it wins hands down. Location to the escalators onto the piste can't be beaten Bars & connection bus stops are outside the hotel door
Review 3：The Staff made me feel very welcome from the moment i walked in. Always ready to help with a smile!! Simon the GM has a fantastic team there and they are a credit to Hotel Le Roc. The restaurant below was of high quality and has convinced me to return on my holiday at the end of the month.
Review 4：We found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The facilities were basic, but more than adequate for our needs as we were out of the hotel enjoying Meribel and surrounding area. The beds are very comfortable. The bar is a pleasant place for a light lunch and apres ski. All in all, very pleased with our stay. Thank you.
Review 5：Right in the centre of town, really friendly staff, comfy beds, balcony and a hot shower. Fairly basic but if you are looking for somewhere comfy to rest your head after a good day in the mountains it is ideal.
Review 6：The hotel is in need of "updating" and could be a lot cleaner. Dirty windows, cracked washbasin and very tired decor all give a sense of neglect, which is a shame given the prime location of the hotel.

Review 10：It was more like a hostel than a hotel. Some staff were friendly and others were complete idiots who should not he working in customer service. Very loud music every night - already knew this but didn't think it would be that bad.
Review 11：Very loud music from bar below until 1.30. Except Saturday- no music- Brilliant!! But next door decided to party until 4.30am.

Review 17：The hotel is above a bar and there is noise, we we're expecting this as we were pre warned a couple of times and let's face it, it's the cheapest room in town by a big stretch so you do have to compromise some things!
Review 18：The hotel Le roc is cosy, warm and in a great location in the centre of town. There is an escalator to the piste across the road and bars and restaurants all around, including underneath. The staff are fantastic and well deserving of a mention.

Review 22：The staff is English-speaking, that is often for Meribelle, but not for France. The guests are mostly English as well. We were told about the bar on the 1st floor, so in the night with the windows it was noisy, but ok for us. Well located in the center, close to ski-lifts. No families with children.
Review 23：Hotel decor is dated and wi fi is a bit slow, but when you're on a ski holiday, it's a bit sad if this a problem for anyone.
Review 24：We needed somewhere central in Meribel and couldn't believe we could find anywhere for that price for the dates (half term) we wanted. We new that we would be above a busy bar due to the information sent to us prior to our arrival and in addition reiterated to us on arrival, so we were under no illusions that it would be noisy. This is a basic hotel, with no stars above a great bar with an even better restaurant. Perfect for us.
Review 25：It was quite noisy and the hotel is a bit dated but that was to be expected as it is above a busy bar and it was the cheapest place in town.
Review 26：Great location as we were right in the center of town and you can easily access the slopes. The restaurant downstairs served really delicious food and the staff were very helpful as they let us store our bags for free while we went sking for the day.

Review 29：Poor breakfast service. Stuff was late and slow with serving breakfast. One poor fellow was cutting the previous day's dry bread on the table as there was no plate in time. We had to wait 30 minutes for fresh bread and croissant. It's unacceptable in the centre of such a famous ski resort!!! I prefer Austrian hosting!

Review 33：This the most poorly run hotel I have ever stayed in, the staff clearly have had no training at all in all departments, any thing required at breakfast as an extra has to be paid for at the time( the bill presented before the bacon roll @ 6.50 each) To try to run a tab at the bar was also a massive problem even with a visa card left behind the bar, Will never go back
Review 34：Getting locked in the bathroom because the handle and lock were hanging off... Room maid didn't take out any rubbish even though we bagged it up for them... Poor standard of poor and patio door, everything a bit worn and in need of a good service..
