The microwaves was still on when on stop and when we opened the door. Our requests at the reception desk were not always answered with kindness! ?For a+,our phone calls were not charged!!

Only a small number of thelarger units have a balcony. We would have liked a balcony.

We were able to borrow games, hair dryer and iron.Location excellent, just a couple of blocks from the beach. Overall,very positive experience.

Review 54：It wasn't clear from the Booking.com site if bedding and towels were provided, or only with a charge. I phoned to find out and was told they were provided, though we actually had to make up the beds ourselves. It was just as well I did phone as I was told reception was closed on Sunday afternoon and was given codes for entry to the building and to a safe box to obtain the number and key for our apartment. An email with this information was sent to our home in UK but by then we were at our house in France so would not have known how to access the room. Could have been disastrous.
Review 55：The apartment was modern and bright, with good kitchen facilities. We were there in November and found the heating system kept the rooms comfortable.

At the other hotel exit by reception onfloor 2, there is a lovely bakery and supermarket to get supplies.Staff very friendly. Managed myself and 15 friends expertly. Sorted our rooms well. At departure a quick room check to give us all deposits back with no problems.
