Review 1：All of what the hotel had to offer from the excellant food provided to the indoor and outdoor swimming pools plus gym and saunas. Location was excellant close to both the lake and cable car for mountain walks. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Review 2：Bed linen and mattress could have been more luxurious. Pillows were a bit thin.

Review 3：Wonderful and friendly hotel, we first visited 5 years ago at the end of summer which was delightful and this time was for a Christmas holiday and it was magical. The facilities are amazing and the food is exquisite. Everything you need is provided and more. Wonderful mountain walks right from the doorstep, we joined in on a snow shoe walk which was terrific ending at the local brewery for a Christmas beer. The staff at the hotel are brilliant and made every effort to speak English to us and kindly welcomed and encouraged our German! We hope to visit again and again as it's been a treat each time we have stayed. Wonderful just wonderful. Thoroughly relaxing and professional hotel really well run and homely. The breakfasts were delicious, we had the 3/4 board and it's worth every penny. Great wine suggestions from Benny and wonderful service in the restaurant from Dana and such a warm welcome from Adi. Live music with dinner every night. Plenty of spaces in the spa areas to relax, we could always find a waterbed to snooze on after a beautiful snowy hike. Saunas galore, once we had let go of our ' English' ways we were perfectly comfortable joining the saunas Austrian style! We also enjoyed the private saltwater floatation pool such a relaxing experience. We loved Hotel Kristall in Pertisau it's a hidden gem.
