Review 1：Was a bit noisy due to Christmas parties

Review 3：The room we booked should of had a sofa,nice big bed and toiletries and spa bath but when we got to our room it was just standard no big bed no nice sofa no toiletries or spa bath and we paid £250(1 night just )for it thinking we where getting a nice room. so we went to the desk to ask why are room wasnt like the pictures and the girl said she would sorted it out for us but notting was done about it and we where very annoyed that no-one did notting

Review 8：Hotel in serious need of a refurb. Had to get moved to another room after first night (out of 5). Our first room was very tired. Stains on carpet, dirty walls and bathroom was shocking - grout in tiles was black and moldy. Fittings really tarnished. Second room was a bit better but let down again by shocking bathroom and a strong fusty smell..

Review 10：Oh my word, so outdated. The carpets were ratty, especially the ones in the lift. Absolutely awful! The bar area was dark, dingy and well dodgy. For €96 for a night, we felt really ripped off. We won't be back.

Review 13：I was a bit annoyed on Sunday morning as we went down for breakfast at 9.45(breakfast finishes at 10,30) and there was no beans or mushrooms left, when we asked the waitress she just said there's no more left. Disappointed.

Review 26：The room was very old fashioned, other guests banging doors throughout the night which was disturbing. Also hotel staff let themselves into our room with one quiet knock before entering. This was very unsettling and made use not be able to sleep the rest of the night.

Review 28：There was a lot of door banging from neighbouring rooms. I know the hotel is not responsible for guests banging doors but maybe if a device could be fitted on doors to enable them to “self-close” so they could not be banged, that would be helpful. Also the wifi did not work in my room.

Review 87：Travelling with daughter. Given room over night club. Room vibrated and pounded with noise until 1am. Told that hotel was full so couldn't move room. Also had to elbow past intransigent smoking guests at doorway.

Review 100：My room on arrival was dirty and dust everywhere there was 2 of us staying for 3 days and only 3 towels 5 coat hangers. The carpets were sticky the bath and sink was rusty around taps and plug holes. The hall ways carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned ever. Are beds was so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep during the night and would be up from around 5am. The beds looked like they was tidyed up and not changed. The toiletries wasn't replace at all.

Review 108：we arrived at reception ignored for a very short time as the receptionist was on the telephone whilst on the phone he asked us what we required told him we wished to book in. He immediately cut the call short and started to attend to us, however the telephone rang and he answered it addressing the caller as boss and again we were ignored while he deal with the call which took approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Not a good first impression. Got to the room found that the sink plug wasn't working unable to drain the water out of the sink called reception and it was deal with, however, this should have been picked up by the cleaning staff and fixed. Had an evening meal in the dinning room quality of food was good, however, it would have been nice to have a choice of whether to have the sauce served on the meal or separate as my wife's steak meal was totally covered in pepper sauce.

Review 109：The hallways where dirty & trays had set out for more than 24hours. Bathroom was a little dated. Didn't spend that much time in the hotel.

Very Loud music to early hours of the morning this was then followed by loud shouting and banging on bedroom doors (including my own) by hoolligans running up and down the corridor all through the night. Terrifiying, Horrible experience and I will never be back. Complained at reception and they couldn't care less.

Review 114：We didn't like the fact that there was a wedding on and the noise from the wedding guests was a disgrace people running around shouting bad language until almost 6am we never slept all night as much as we enjoyed the hotel we would be reluctant to go back this was meant to be a relaxing break for us but turned out to be a nightmare

Telling us how cute our little girl was and telling her all about the swimming pool that she was allowed to go to. The room was spotless.. Lovely clean towels and body wash for us to use.. The bed was super cosy and the TV had free view do my daughter could watch Cbbs in the motning.. The food was fantastic .. So much to choose from on the breakfast buffet ., sorry if we left you with no red sauce. .. My daughter loves it.
