Review 1：the internet was slow and can be used only for 4 hours. the breakfast is not included and it costs at no variety of choices

Review 3：As a minor point, the free Wi-Fi is only accessible for 4 hours. Then you have to nominate another email address to re-enable access.

Review 6：Friendly and very helpful owners. They made some phone calls for me which was very helpful. The twin room was compact but well laid out. The shower was great.

The breakfast room is really light and nicely decorated and a great choice of food. The staff were really helpful, cheerful and spoke good English and took time to give recommendations for restaurants.

Review 39：Directions to get there using google maps were not good. In future I will use the IBIS site to get directions to the IBIS Vichy an then drive up Av. Victoria, looking for the sign to the Averna, about 300m on the right.

Review 40：Friendly greeting, help with luggage, excellent room with bath and balcony. Good advice on where to dine with a handy location for all major sites of interest. We would be happy to stay there for several days, not just one night.

Secure covered parking nearby at reasonable cost. Would definitely use again.

Vichy is a charming relaxed spa town with lovely riverside walk and park and glorious victorian glass buiding containg several different spa waters. lots of shops and restaurants too. An unexpected find as we were only looking for a convenient overnight stop off.
