Review 1：The balcony was a little dangerous as it had really low guard rails. The floor seemed dirty because there were no carpets. The bathroom was really small and the bed wasn't very comfy.

Review 9：The breakfast was not very impressive. The scramble eggs were very salty. At midnight there was a droning noise from the ventilator, which couldn't be turned off. I had to use earplugs to sleep.
Review 10：The hotel is located at a very convenient spot both for visiting the castle and the other islands. The train station is less than five-minute walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. With a room facing the lake and a good weather, we had a wonderful time there.

Review 24：Seems that there is a dance on every night. Our room was on fifth floorwith great views and no noise from the disco. Great discount rate on theroom as it was the off season.
Review 25：No straight access with lift to the room. Lift goes to 4th floor but as our room as in the 5th floor luggage had to be "carried" up a high staircase and nothing was referred when we booked in internet. We were told about this when checking in and apparently there was no other room available. However the price of the room was the same as rooms at lower floors, without this inconvenient. Besides room waht "overlooking" the backyard, another point not referred when booking. And in Savonlinna that is definetely a pity .......
