Review 1：Hotel is very close to heart of Vichy. We were awoken at 4am by loud altercation on road between some bikers. Children elsewhere in hotel weren't affected

Review 2：Excellent hosts - very happy - cheerful - personalised service at breakfast - didn't see an escalator.

Review 3：Our room, facing the street, was very noisy. With the traffic and drunk/"happy" people just below our window, we didn't get much sleep until 2am. Don't bother requesting a room away from the street, the owners will just ignore you.

Review 4：The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the city centre. The couple welcoming us were very helpful. Room is relatively large, clean and tastefully decorated. Enjoyed espresso coffee and home-made lemon cake for breakfast.

Review 5：No parking,the local parking stated on the website closes at 20.00 and doesn't reopen until 07.30 so no good at all for anybody who may need their car

Review 15：Very warm welcome by the owners- comfortable rooms - in our case we were travelling as a family of three and our son had his own adjoining room. Small but very efficient shower in our room and also shower in adjoining room. Plenty of space in rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast the following morning. Would thoroughly recommend the Hotel Biarritz.

Review 25：This is a classic French hotel run by a lovely French couple. We hadunseasonable hot weather and the rooms were not air conditned, but thatwas a minor issue. The breakfast was tasty and the ambiance wonderful.The hotel was perfectly located closes to great restaurants of all priceranges. Museums, parks and shopping are steps away. There is adelightful boulangerie just across the street. We'd stay again at thislovely hotel.

Review 26：We stayed over for 1 night on our way to the south of France for our summer holiday. Hotel is good. Vichy is a nice town, where we could have stayed longer. The hotel staff (husband, wife and daughter) are very friendly.

Review 28：My son(48) and myself arrived at the hotel at 00.15,with special latearrival due to flights and poor navigation.coded entry and key left asper arrangements. First impression did not like the quality of the room,no tea making equipment.I Had an electric kettle and made tea,no milk 0rcups but we managed with the plastic beakers from the bathroom. After 18hours travelling very quickly to sleep. A wet morning followed butbreakfast was good(no cookedthings)Dining room and lounge much betterquality. Owners could not have been nicer to us.Borrowed umbrelas,backfor a shower,checking out at 11.30 by agreement.My son and I agreed thatwe would go again if we found ourselves local.
