Review 21：Very friendly proprietors. Spacious room, spotlessly clean and comfortable, while retaining some of its past character. A huge selection of fresh, nutritious food for breakfast. Beautiful location on the edge of the lake and close to the castle.

Review 29：Great location on the waterfront so you can walk along the waterfront to reach the castle and also where the cruise boats depart. The street at the back has quality art/craft shops. Our room was spacious. Friendly staff, nice breakfast selection and sunny breakfast room seating available.
Review 30：Lovely little hotel, very cosy. The rooms we were given were big and confortable, with a pretty romatic decoration. One of the rooms had a balcony with a view to the lake, a pleasant place to spend part of a sunny afternoon. The hotel location is nice and also convenient, between the market place and the fortress. We were very happy with our stay.

Review 32：We arrived around 18.30 and were allocated the room on the top floor, farthest from the stair - seemed like last in poorest room despite having booked in advance. The room was very basic. We didn't see any other room interiors, so we are unable to judge whether we were just unfortunate or all rooms were off similar standard. There was no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. Unquestionably the poorest hotel we stayed in during our tour of Finland.
Review 33：The location was perfect, on the lake side close to Olavinlinna Castle. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
Review 34：=never take the little room on the basement floor (003)unless you need only bed and shower (like i did)! it's a tiny room (a box!) with windows right in from of the summer terrace. so if at night, with light on, you go out of the toilet everyone of terrace can see the color of your pants! :) unless you completely close the window by blinders and sit in the dark tiny room. The room was very clean though.
Review 35：=the staff was extremely helpful!! I arrived much earlier and they let me check in, however, had to change the room which was a minus, but it's not the hotel's fault. As well, they served breakfast 30 min earlier (6:30am) on my request due to early departure. And the breakfast was great! =location is 50m away from the lakeshore
Review 36：The location is unbelievable and the hotel itself has great character, amazingly comfortable beds and one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever seen. The staff is very kind and accommodating, and went out of their way to help me when something urgent from work came up. I Wanted to stay there forever!
