Review 1：some of the employees had an inadequate behavior which spoiled the nice impression the hotel makes you Also, we were asked to pay extra for the child although he didn't used a supplementary bed, while in the hotel description this was free of charge.

Review 2：very nice hotel, with decent rooms, nice location, beautiful area, free parking, interior swimming pool, sauna, joker card for having fun in the area.

Review 3：Shouted at ,by the owner presumably,for parking in a parking spot whileunloading - you have to pay €5 per day apparently. Very dated decor.Mediocre food. Some miserable staff - shuttle driver particularlyunfriendly. Smoking in the bar areas. Tried to charge me double thebooked rate at check out. Austria has a problem - if you staff yourhotels with East Europeans then guests receive an East Europeanexperience - may as well go to Bulgaria for less than half the price.

Review 5：The bar was a terrible place, a bin, a smoking den, repository for discarded toys. Nasty place to relax or to drink which was anyway impossible as the bar was closed. The website is misleading.Pictures do not represent the real situation The taxi/shuttle service was poor with very restricted times. No value for money.!!

Review 7：Book your parking in advance otherwise they will make you park on the main road about 500 metres from the hotel, the parking called "garage" is not a garage but worth 5 euro per day, the ski room is damp so take your boots in the room if you do not want to have wet feet, there are no heaters for the ski boots, only holders, horrible smell there, I think I was the first one who opened the window there this season

Review 8：Relatively good served dinners, free shutle to the slopes, walking distance from the centre, nice receptionist and a Slovak guy who did everything to please the guests and gave goood advice

Review 9：Uncomfortable and noisy beds - the spirals of the frame were damaged. Partly incompetent staff. Cleaning ladies were walking in the dining room in sport cloths; facility staff had room just next to us.

Review 14：After having made a reservation 4 months earlier for a "delux room", we received an absolutely catastrophic bedroom with a bathroom from the 70's and a view on an inner courtyard on a wall, on the north side. Nothing to do with the photo of confirmation that we have received. Fortunately, the girl who was at the reception "Sophie" changed the room against a smaller, but more recent "course for the same price" - The head of the kitchen asked us, not to take with us our little baby of 2 months during meals. I notice that our child was sleeping, so didn't not disturb any other hotel guests.

Review 22：Very minor...Temperature perhaps a little hot and dry both day and night. All salads drenched in vinaigrette.

Review 23：Lovely rooms and re-vamped pool area. The food has certainly improved this year. The presentation and flavours excellent. Staff are fantastic. The new shuttle service, am and pm, to the lift stations really made a difference as the hotel, though not too far away, is situated on a hillside.

Review 25：We haven't found the free parking which was described in thehotel's description. The staff offered us a parking on site withextra charges. The dinner is also with high salad variety but small maincourse. The rooms were clean but dusty.

Review 26：The breakfast is rich with high selection. There is an elevator for thelazy. The maids are doing extraordinary job by not only cleaning butalso folding everything and doing amazing towel art. There is a greatview from the rooms that turn to the city and the surrounding mountains(and there are shared balconies on that side), not so sure about therooms on the other side. At the end of our stay we received a pass whichlets us use many of the cable cars and facilities in hinterglemm, toobad it wasn't on the first night.great value for money.

Review 30：We stayed 3 days in hotel sonnalp , and had a great time. The hotel ison a mountain with wonderful view of the charming hinterglam. Veryclean, nice room, with balkony watching to the mountains, very goodbreakfest and dinner! A lot of choice, and above all-the kindness of allthe personal, especially the girl in the reception name :lissa whohelped us a lot. We intend to come again to this hotel

Review 37：The Hotel is located on a steep hill, quite a distance to walk if you want to get to the ski lifts, carrying your ski equipment. The pictures that we saw on the internet of this hotel is absolutely not matching. The hotel is dirty, old and our room was very filthy. We stayed for one night only, luckily, and checked out into a other Pension which was far more better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as it is a smokey, filthy hole. All the rooms stink of cigarette smoke. Not a pleasure to stay there.

Review 38：1) The quilt provided to me was too small. I am of average build being 6 feet tall. I had to sleep in my ski socks because the quilt was too short. 2) A bit too far to walk to the ski bus stop/nearest lift and also up a steep hill which was difficult to walk up and down in ski boots in the icy conditions. Also not near the town centre for other bars and restaurants etc.

Review 39：The level of friendliness and service provided by all of the staff and management at this hotel was excellent. I cannot commend them more highly. The food, facilities and level of comfort was generally excellent.

Review 40：If you come by car you have to keep in mind that you must go up a a steep road for about 100-150m. If it is snowing it could be difficult to get your car to the parking zone...Of course if you have snow chains or 4x4 traction or a little help from the passers-by you'll manage :-))
