Review 1：I wish we were staying longer!
Review 2：Beautiful view, delicious breakfast (Anton makes great cakes!), helpful hosts who know the area very well, and huge, super clean and very well-decorated rooms! We were lucky to get there in heather season, so everything was even more gorgeous. And don't forget to ask Phillip & Anton about food recommendations. There are some very good pub/restaurants around.

Review 4：Wine list very expensive, house wine (by the glass) expensive but good - though for my palate not ideal to go with the food we had.
Review 5：Exquisitely furnished huge sitting room plus a delightful smaller one with a huge range of art books. Large bedrooms with outstanding views, large and varied grounds and gardens.
Review 6：This was just personal preference but we prefer duvets on our bed and find blankets quite uncomfortable. Also, we would prefer bath sheets to bath towels, but this is a minor detail. The duvets however would make a big difference as it does affect sleep quality
