Review 1：Noise as was above function room. Also phone call to ask us for r breakfast tray on the sunday morning and we hadnt left the room or checked out at that point. Shd b left until guests leave room.

Review 11：Beautiful hotel...furnishings and decor outstanding. All members of staff were helpful and friendly. No sense of having to wait for any service. Will most certainly recommend this hotel to friends.

Review 12：Disappointed that the bed wasn't a king-size for the price of the room. However, when we asked to be moved to a room with a king-sized bed for our second and third nights' stay, we were moved to a bigger suite with no extra charge. Only draw-back for both bedrooms was the noise from the very busy road at the front of the hotel. We should have asked for a room at the back but that was our fault.

Review 13：The friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Superb food, breakfast would be very hard to beat. Evening meal was fantastic even though they were extremely busy. Good parking facilities and close to the lovely country park, leading down to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Review 14：Sofa in my room (Oaks) incredibly uncomfortable to be almost useless. The bar is understaffed so, although they try hard, service can be very poor. It is expensive for what you get.

We were very impressed with the variety of functions that the hotel hosts. The gaiety and fun were evident as we passed wedding gatherings, groups of families of all ages and lots of friends.

Review 17：Need some more standard electrical outlets near the night tables next to the beds. For the bar, a selection of some higher quality whiskeys and vodkas would be nice.

Review 18：The furnishings and finishings are all first class. The atmosphere is extraordinarily peaceful and serene. Magnificent ocean walks nearby. Excellent dining available at the Inn for a very fair price. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the property. The owner is to be congratulated on a job well done.

Review 19：Asked if we could check out a bit later than 10 AM and was told there is a £10 charge for late check out. Never been told that before.

Review 20：Make sure to make time to do a wander about the open rooms at The Old Inn. It is a museum in and of itself. Wonderfully appointed with lots of surprising little nooks.

Review 28：The check in time is very late we were attending a wedding in the hotel at 2pm so we had to arrive in our wedding clothes after a two hour journey as check in time is 3pm We would have liked to be able to freshen up and dress at hotel. It might be a good idea to offer an earlier check to wedding guests if the wedding is being held in the hotel

Review 29：Asked to leave the bar area unless you were ordering food! Our room was immediately above the main reception area - entrance door kept "banging" closed when opened - suggest they fix this as it was very annoying to be awoke by this!

Review 33：Messed around with room on arrival . Put us out in courtyard and told us we had a superior upgrade. Following directions we went outside across yard and into cottage, no lights and no heat on in cottage it was freezing. We were then moved back into hotel where room was wRm and comfortable. Wouldn't stay again

Review 35：The Old Inn is an old building so the sound proofing between rooms is not great so if you have noisy neighbours (as we had this time) it can be difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Review 36：We have visited the Old Inn on many occasions. We love the atmosphere and the restaurant and bar areas with their old furnishings and open fires. The restaurant food is excellent.

Review 41：Country village Irish traditional hotel, open fires, smart, polite, friendly staff, good traditional food and always a warm welcome. Very well furnished individually designed bedrooms expensively decorated and furnished. Family owner, we have been visiting this hotel for over 15 years and have not found anywhere better.

Review 42：no designated parking for guests, the hotel is very popular and the parking lot fill up quickly. It can be frustrating trying to get parked after returning to the hotel at the end of the day.

Review 61：The old Inn is a lovely old family run hotel. From the log fire in Reception through to the bar and restaurant, class and tradition ooze from it's 400 year old history. Our room was stunning, amazing detail and decor based on an Irish country house placing it way above what you would expect to get in an average hotel room, the Old Inn does not do average. Great Ulster breakfast and restaurant was good. Staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.

Review 62：Staff were in General very good but missed some key things - breakfast we got the menu but weren't told there was fruit / cereal etc. also had to wait a long time to get the bill in the evening. Not a nig issue though. Decor in the restaurant is a bit tacky.
