Review 1：Bad points observed were: Crumbs on kitchen surface I noticed the moment I walked into kitchen Hairs on both bathroom floors Would have been helpful to have a notice explaining that the heating is on a timer (so there is no need to enquire about it) The extra orange juice was not delivered as discussed with Simon. As we were a party of four adults staying two nights, unfortunately there was not enough orange juice and milk for tea and cereal An observation would be to provide Marmite as an alternative to jam (as not everyone likes sweet jam for breakfast)
Review 2：The beds were extremely comfortable and sheets felt lovely! Large TV screen was good
Review 3：Stairwell was smelling stale and unpleasant - it appeared there was no natural ventilation. Unfortunate noise of sirens coming down the Parkway and across the bridge over the river - not such an issue during the day but at night, it was very intrusive on trying to sleep.

Review 8：The en suite toilet is quite cramped in the penthouse. Other serviced apartments do not suffer this problem.
Review 9：I've stayed several times before. It is well equipped, roomy and so much more comfortable and much nicer than staying in a characterless box.
Review 10：Only negative on this visit is that the road noise is noticeable in the penthouse apartment. We have previously stayed on the lower floor and you cannot hear the road at the level. Really minor issue though, especially as the owners cannot change the road noise!

Review 14：If offering a top floor apartment that does not have lift access, it would have been better to check in advance the physical ability of their guest. I am over 70 and had some heavy luggage with me and there was nobody to help!

Review 16：It was portrayed as being on the waterside and it wasn't it was with a view of the Iceland car park. No physical key available. Access to apartment is down a very dark area that did not feel safe at night(via said car park). Noisy overnight with people cutting fhrough.

Review 18：Only downside was the bathroom - bath with shower over it and separate shower unit, the separate shower head hose had split but was still functional.

Review 24：The staff had difficulties taking the remainder of the payment from my card, despite already using the same card for the first payment... They had mixed two digits. I couldn't get in contact with them to rectify it, when I did they weren't at the office, or their internet was down so they couldn't get my details. It resulted in a very stressful few hours waiting to get the payment sorted as they wouldn't allow us access until we did. We already had one of the group members in Chelmsford waiting for access, and also needed the address for another who needed it for their sat nav. Eventually it was sorted however there was no apology for error made, or time taken to rectify the problem. The apartment was gorgeous, lovely facilities and decorated nicely. Shower door in ensuite was loose and fell off though!

Review 26：A bit hard to find. Email had a small step-by-step guide, however visually I couldn't tell where the apartment was located, as there isn't any signage. Make sure to check google maps fully before arrival.
Review 27：About 3-5 minute walk to the main shopping precinct and Tesco's around the corner for stocking the fridge. Short taxi ride from the train station & could walk about 1km to get there on foot.
Review 28：Something which would be difficult to alter - people in flat above being noisy and occupants smoking so much that ash was descending through the cracks in the balcony gaps above, making it unpleasant to continue sitting on the lovely balcony.

Review 35：We stayed in the penthouse 2 bed apartment & it was like home from home.Everything you needed was there & the balcony overlooking the river was a bonus.Beds were comfy & the car park secure.
Review 36：The breakfast was less very undesirable. Had booked for a pre wedding night and to get ready in the morning. The break provided was stale. The small cereal booze about 30% were out of date. Just disappointing and meant we had to go out in the morning and have breakfast in a restaurant. Not ideal when you thought you had paid for it. Beds were very hard. Personal preference but I didn't like it.

Review 38：No complaints just a suggestion. I stayed for a wedding so needed to do hair and make up. Vanity mirror in bathroom was great with lighting and plenty of storage space but couldn't stand close enough to it to do eye make up/lashes etc.. A small freestanding make up mirror would have been useful. Also had to style hair with straighteners and tongs and no socket in master bedroom near a mirror. I bought an extension lead in the end from shop and plugged it in the hall to reach the bedroom. I later found a socket behind bed in 2nd bedroom near the wall mirror in there. If several ladies getting ready would need to queue up to do hair.
Review 39：Location, décor and comfort was fantastic. Communication was good prior to arrival. Wifi was free and kept my son and husband happy. We would definitely use again if in the area.
Review 40：The apartment was clean, modern and perfect for our needs. Breakfast of cereal, toast, jam and yoghurt were all left for us as well as orange juice, tea and coffee. Really pleased I booked here and not a basic hotel room. Highly recommend!

Review 45：Door handles, mugs and glasses were a little dirty and sticky. Balcony could have done with a clean also. Was woken at 6 am by fire alarm beeping which turned out to be a power cut. Although this wasn't the apartment owners fault, it meant that we had 3 hours sleep, no heating, hot water or TV. The owner was very helpful when we rang however we was told it would take 45 mins for him to get to the apartment.

Review 49：These serviced apartments were better than I expected. From the size of the place, the ease of use of facilities and the easy to follow instructions sent by channels lodge, and the breakfast selection left for guests, I can't really fault anything. We absolutely loved it and it was so much better than a hotel. We did a photoshoot there and the different spaces we good use to capture pictures along with the spot lighting was fantastic. My only negative to point out was that one or two of the light bulbs were blown but that was minor and didn't bother us at all. I would definitely stay there again, the apartment was beautiful and better than what the pictures portrayed.

Review 53：Excellent location, short walk to shops and restaurants. Stocked fridge with milk, butter, condiments, bread and cereal a real luxury after a long flight, you don't have to rush out to buy provisions. All round a great place to stay!
Review 54：Didn't receive the e-mail notifying me of how to gain entry to the car park, building or apartment. After a long day at work & a 3 hour drive to get there, could have done without the hassle of harassing a member of staff to send me the e-mail.

Review 59：A lovely apartment for less than the cost of a budget chain hotel. Breakfast provided. Quiet location, 5 minutes walk to town centre; 10-15 minutes walk to train station. Plenty of space. High quality fixtures and fittings, including lovely bathrooms and kitchen.
Review 60：The place was a little difficult to find...however partly my own fault as I should've read the directions properly...! I was travelling late at at night and had to go through the back entrance through a car park...just think a sign at the car park entrance would be useful...! But besides this no complaints...was a great stay...!

Review 65：Def was the worst I've slept in cod feel every spring oven would not work until we used timer would rather had paid extra for the bigger one as this was a let after staying in that can't afford to stay there that often bit won't be going back
