Review 1：Other young guests noisy during night. No soap provided in bathroom. No tea towel provided in kitchen area.

Review 2：Convenient coded lockers.ski hire on site.able to ski from exit. Small oven supplied as well as microwave. Balcony with slopes view. Rooms warm and comfortable.

Review 3：This was a last minute decision to find snow this Christmas as the resort we were in was much lower. Really good value for money, compact but everything we needed. Location was fantastic and made Christmas 2015 amazing!!

Review 6：Wifi shockingly bad, i must have out the password in 100 times. The lift wasn't working which meant i had to climb 5 flights of stairs in ski-boots - not fun. and the receptionist encouraged us to purchase parking when it was free for the weekend outside

Review 8：Good, basic accommodation, albeit small. We were 4 people in a chalet for 4-6 and any more of this would have been a real squeeze. Accommodation a bit shabby and run down but saved by its central location. Good for young adults looking to reduce costs.Good underground parking at an extra cost.

Review 9：Wifi kept dropping out. One of our macjhines wouldn't log on. Every time a device reconnected you had to enter the password so used loads of 3G .

Review 11：the Spanish guy at the reception, he was interestingly rude, Impatient and talking really fast (his accent is strong making it super hard to understand him) doesn't like to repeat and don't gave him your phones h'ill go checking the links in the E-mail without asking u( he was nice to other ppl), the beds was uncomfortable and they ask to clean the appartement after the end of stay. the 500 deposit witch i didn't know about until the check in ( they send the rules via E-mail of the hotel but didn't need to read since the b-booking should've mentioned all detailed ). little noisy at night and cold. NO WIFI in the rooms. the last day at 8:40-9 A.M they will Knock you door telling u to leave the door open for the cleaning staff but in a nice way.

Review 19：The apartment was not as clean as one would expect. The toilet was rather smelly and no matter what we did to clean it, bleach, dis infectant etc. the smell remained.

Review 21：Many things broken when we arrived. Bad maintenance - stop in the drain, dishwasher not working, bad smell in WC. But most of it was fixed.

Review 29：- the room layout of 6/8 apartment was different from what was advertised, basically only 4 people can sleep on regular beds, the rest had to sleep on couches - sleeping for 4 at lower floor was without any walls, only curtains, thus making it impossible for part of the group to chat/play games during the evening when some of us wanted to sleep - almost impossible to connect to the wifi

Exceptionally ugly (scary interior, something between a factory and a museum) and uncomfortable (e.g. what do you need to do in order to get to the ski room on the 1st floor? You need to take the elevator to the 2nd floor and go one floor down using curly, slippery stairs - nice experience wearing the ski boots).

No parking space possible to reserve although I tried, had to pay 150€ for 5 days parking to Valthoparc. TV in the room useless, cannot be turned even towards the main sofa. Review 79：The noise. It is filled with noisy people who think it's ok to yelland scream at the top of their voices all hours of the night and earlymorning. We were ok with it and even laughed about the situation but ifyour a light sleeper or like a bit of peace and quiet, stay away. It isin a great location and reasonably priced but if you can afford to staysomewhere else, do it. Otherwise bring a good set of earplugs and loopaper, the hotel doesn't supply it.

Review 80：The location. We stayed there for 8 days and had a fantastic time. Thesnow and ski in/$ski out option was great. The apartment was smallbut very warm and cosy. It had a well equipped kitchen and the showerwas hot , with great pressure. We had a great view and the bath was verywelcome after a big days skiing. The beds were ok. The staff were veryfriendly and helpful.

Review 81：The room was fairly cramped, it was supposed to sleep 6 however was only just big enough to sleep 5 of us. Master bedroom and living room (bedroom 2) was separated by a sliding door and did not offer much privacy, the bunk bed room was tiny and storage for everyones clothes was limited. Wi Fi did not work.

The path led down to the main road which needed to be crossed and then walked along until a gap in the buildings allowed access to the slopes. I would not call this 'ski-in, ski-out'.

The attitude of receptionist at our arrival on Saturday night was very bad and he could not give us instructions how to use ski locker. -So many troubles with ski locker which is supposed to work with 4 digits. I missed my first ski lesson due to this problem. I saw many other families suffered with same problem. - WiFi never worked at our room. - The parking we were allocated always occupied with another car. There is something wrong with car parking system.

Review 98：The location of this hotel is ideal for a family like us. Children can manage by themselves ski in and out to their ski school. The equipment of the room is enough to make our 7 ski days comfortable.

Review 99：Stay away from this residence!!! This is the worst hotel where I stay! Rooms are very very dirty. Carpet on floor didn't was clean. A toilet room has terrible bad smell, because it had not been cleaned long time. There is a wifi network, but no one can connect to it and it certainly doesn't reach to your room. Staff were aware of this problem as they tried to offer WiFi for a neighbouring hotel to compensate, unfortunately this didn't work either.

Cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens. It is mandatory for all visitors to pay to park outside the resort during their stay.A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidental charges.
