Die Alpenrose is situated in Niedernsill in the Oberpinzgau region, 5 miles from Kaprun and 7.5 miles from Zell am See, and offers spacious apartments with fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and free WiFi. There is only one apartment on each floor. A children's playground, with a swing and a see saw, is on site.
On request, the property offers a shuttle service to the stop of the free ski bus. Free skis, snowboards and ski boots are provided upon availability. Private parking is possible on site, large parking spaces are provided.
A bathing lake can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. A restaurant and two supermarkets can be reached on foot in 8 minutes.
A train runs once per hour and in summer an original steam train runs twice per week from the village. The property offers free bicycles upon availability.
An easy ski slope for beginners is 650 feet away. The Maiskogel Ski Area is 11 km, the Areitbahn is 7.5 miles and the Kitzbühel Alps Ski Area is 8.7 miles away from the Alpenrose apartments.

Review 1：Room configuration that where not advertised (no photo of 4x beds in one room). 1 bedroom 4 beds 2 very very smallbedroom single bed no window. 3 bedroom double bed 4 bedroom double bed Not so suitable for 4 couples... Heating turned off in the late evening-night. Turned on in the morning...

He assisted us in doing more in 2 1/2 days than most do in 2 weeks. Douggie is the best host we could have asked for and we can not wait to go back!
