Review 1：The beds were comfortable once lying in them, but they had wheels so they were moving around a little bit.

Review 2：Very friendly and professional personnel, excellent food and drinks, recently re-furbished facilities including the spa.

Review 3：Internet was a little slow in the room. Additionally, the rooms were expensive but I think reasonable for the area and the time of year that I visited.

Review 4：The staff was amazing. They were extremely accommodating and provided me plenty of assistance with an early check in and late departure. Furthermore, the location was perfect with the lifts and bus stop right outside the hotel.

Review 15：The rooms are small not as advertised. Family room should have adressing room and extra toilet? Sounds nice, but haven't seenanything like that in our room. In reality, it was a small room with atiny mezzanine accessible with a steep stair.The mezzanine is directly under the roof, all heat accumulates there. it got very hot even with heating off and window open. hotel was rather noisy, noise from traffic on the main road directly in front of hotel and also some noise from nearby rooms. restaurant is closed on tuesdays, and so is the bar. for bars after skiing there's not a lot of action in the neighborhood of the hotel (so maybe ski to the village center that day, and hangout there until dinner time on tuesday). for dinner we found the restaurant in hotel le toviere nearby pretty good. the rooms have weird room keys, like a car key. at checking you are told they are expensive "don't lose them or you pay 120 euro" and therefore you get only one key. impractical if you have a family room and share 1 key with 4 people.

Review 16：Hotel is close to la daille lifts, a 5 minute walk across the road.some of the staff were really friendly, but some much less.

Review 17：Strange thing that we need to do was inventory which consists from the 5 pages incl all the folks, spoones , all decoration, lamps etc. It was difficult to make this and really it is waste of time

Review 21：Loved all of it. Perfect position for the skiing - just accross theroad,as is ski hire shop who give Samovar guests 20% reduction. Ladaille is slap between Val and Tignes. The free bus comes every 15 minsso no inconvenience not being in main town - and a guaranteed goodnights sleep.And food so good. We will go back!

Review 22：This is a friendly,family run hotel in a big ressort where personaltouch is apparent and not a large impersonal hotel. Nothing is too muchfor Madame and Monsieur - they alter their schedule to suit the needs ofguests - ie providing breakfast 3/4 of an hour earlier on thesaturday we left. The staff are like family.

Review 26：Would have liked 2 pillows. We got one and a cushion which the staff insisted was the second pillow. Our children had a triple room which was really very small indeed. Their DV player didn't work and although the bath had a shower head it had to be hand held.
