Review 1：Not bad, but was surprised I would have to drag my suitcase up three flights of stairs. The owner (?) did carry it up but was nowhere to be seen when we left. Down was easier, but at my age! Oh well!
Review 2：It was fine for location and price. We didn't expect a lot, but we even had breakfast as it was nearly as good as in other places that charged up to double.

Bathroom style better than substance eg great looking tap over washbasin, but difficult to moderate flow and temperature. Shower cubicle large and looked very chic, but low water pressure so shower pressure weak.

Review 7：No air-con, no shower [next floor down], no toilet [down the hall], no TV, no nothing ... just uncomfortable and hot. I had booked "economy" while looking at their photos which showed a room with [small] balcony, a street outlook, a flower-box, and small squeezy shower and toot. When my wife arrived and refused to be cooped and broiled I was remonded that had booked 'economy room' ... yes, I did, but from the advertised pics and texts I thought I was buying what I was looking at. The owner reckons I'm a dill, I reckon he is fraudulent. Anyway, we walked out and suffered a 100% forfeit of monies .... they have me/us by the balls don't they!!!! The room was unliveable.

Review 9：No lift, narrow staircase. Bed spread was a bit suspect and walls had not been washed in a while. Bathroom smelled like sewer. Stingy with toilet paper (we had to ask for more). Staff neutral (at least not unfriendly though). No shutters so mosquitoes got in easily! The hotel has drawbacks but it's a decent living standard for the price, if you're not a princess. Best of all: no bed bugs!
Review 10：Location is great, WiFi connection was perfect. Small television was also nice to have in the room with good channel selection. The sheets were clean, housekeeping daily. Room was a fair size. Overall a good value for your money as a budget traveller, for Paris.

We only stopped one night as it was astop-off on a long journey, and for that purpose it was value for money.It was close enough to walk into the centre of Troyes, which isextremely pretty, and if you are a rail traveler, it is right next tothe station.
