Review 1：Staff very friendly and food very good. Room was clean and tidy with comfortable bed. Had a restful nights sleep after a long day travelling. Ideal location for where I needed to be. Pub just a short walk next door with a good atmosphere.

Review 3：Good location for visiting our friends, good pubs and fish & chip shop, also little shop that sells everything. Bonus the hotel overlooked the sea step out the back go through the archway and your on the beach.

Review 4：Got a warm friendly welcome by Margaret, a lovely lady. Room was clean and comfy albeit noisy, as it was on the roadside, and hot water seemed to take an age to come through. Breakfast was very good and an excellent choice.

Review 6：Despite having never been there before & only staying one night, all the staff made you feel very welcome. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the bathroom was unique in it's Norfolk appearance, a really wonderful idea. The breakfasts were excellent & Gina (I think!) was on the ball and gave us a great start to the morning with her banter. We look forward to going back there.

Review 7：The room was very spacious with a lovely four poster bed, comfortable mattress and pillows, clean crisp sheets and luxurious towels. The ensuite bathroom was again spacious and very well appointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Fab!

The breakfast (A full Norfolk) was delicious and we struggled to finish it all. The location in Bacton is on the coast road but there is direct access to the beach behind the hotel

Review 16：The hotel is very well kept and you are made to feel extremely welcome. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfy. There are plenty of supplies in the room. Breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from.

Review 28：Just the little bits here and there decorationwise to do the odd door etc Our ground floor twinned was a little tired particularly the ensuite. Bear minimal toiletries (although we carry our own so not affected) would have been nice to have a complimentary biscuit or two. Bed sadly very uncomfortable didn't sleep well at all, although it didn't seem to bother my husband. Would like to go back but would ask for a seaview, as road side a tad noisey.

Review 32：Waitresses could have been more attentive to items running short at breakfast time and need to ask more about individual needs ( i.e. did person want 1 egg or 2 eggs, the same with rashers of bacon - not everyone wants or needs lots of food!) It would also have been good if the tables had been cleared of used plates etc promptly

Review 111：The hotel lights lit up the whole room at night. The windows let the wind in during a storm. The bathroom was a bit dated. Lionel Ritchie each morning at breakfast!

In the event of late cancellation (less than 24 hours before arrival), the hotel will charge the remaining amount to your credit card.The property offers dinner at 18.30 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. A small selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available to accompany your meal. Please note that dining is not possible on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.
