Review 1：The friendliness of Service personnel and Reception staff. We were allocated a large room with a separate lounge area. This was ideal.TV and reading area away from the bedroom and more spacious! The generous size of the swimming pool is rare for a Hotel in this category. We were B&B guests.

Review 2：Internet access only available in public areas - in this day and age it should really be available throughout the hotel, but hey, if this is the only negative it must be pretty good!

Review 3：Staff are extremely helpful - no matter what the issue. Location is excellent - right on the slope - you can't get closer! Facilities are excellent, including swimming pool, sauna and various games (pool / table tennis).

Review 8：We were skiing 3 Valleys ski pass and we ended the day in the wrong valley. The ski lifts had closed so we couldn't ski back to the hotel. It took us 4 hours to get back to Mottaret by bus and taxi and cost 75 euros.

Review 9：Restaurant meals were delicious. On Christmas eve, we came in late from skiing and the staff extended dining hours for us. We had one of the best meals we've ever eaten. 5 course meal. Shaved champagne ice, fresh cheese course, a dessert of either chilled mousse or a very light ice cream. The hotel had a ski rental shop with the friendliest man helping us rent skis. It was so convenient for our family. We put our skis on right outside of the hotel and started skiing down the hill. Gondola nearby was convenient to travel between Mottaret and the hotel.

Review 10：Tropical fish in the lounge - don't like captive animals Dining room a little gloomy at night(the lighting, not the staff or company) - (we were b and b). Candles maybe? Table lights?

Review 11：Very professional and pleasant staff. Excellent food. Fantastic location - ski in, ski out, ski shop on the premises. Being allowed to keep the room to the end of Sunday when we asked if there was somewhere we could change after the last day's skiing (we were catching a train that evening). Made such a difference.

Review 19：The hotel is good only for professional skiers! My wife does not ski, she became very upset with the long distance to the village. You get to take about it. We had such a bad time! Eventhough good for professional skiers, you might find better lodging options for better cost benefit.

Review 23：Location, sunshine, snow, good food and friendliness is this not what agreat skiing holiday is about? Hotel Les Arolles has a wonderful familyatmosphere. My partner and I immediately felt at home in this friendlyhotel which is situated directly on the Pistes (What Booking.com refersto as Tracks). Imagine arriving from South Africa, from the SouthernHemisphere, half way around the world and being greeted by a friendlyreceptionist speaking perfect English with an irresistible Frenchaccent. We took one of the two hotel lifts and entered our clean andcomfortable bedroom with absolute breath taking views of the SkiSlopes!! We immediately proceeded to explore the facilities, met withJean-Philippe in the ski room at Arolles Sport who organized the bestvalue for money skis and boots. To our amazement there are two skipshops in the hotel so one can chose top of the art skis for seriousskiers from jp or best budget deals for the younger or less experiencedguests from Adji. We past the heated swimming pool, sauna, ping pongtable, lounges with games and roaring fire place and immediately felt anaura of relaxation descending upon us. This was going to be oneValentine Romantic Holiday to remember!! We decided to book a SavoyardeFondue for our first evening at the Grill, then Raclette for the secondnight thus experiencing Alpine tradition, but we also made time for themain restaurant with their superb diner. Meals where so generous anddelicious in both restaurants as well as on the sunny Terrace rightopposite the Pistes where we learnt we needed to arrive early, aroundnoon to secure a table. As we realized later on this is one of the bestspots and best kept secrets in the 3 Valleys: Reasonably priceddelicious lunches on a Terrace bathed in sunshine with stunning views soextremely popular, get your table early to avoid disappointments.

Review 24：The service at the outside restaurant was very poor. Staff stoodtalking to each other ignoring customers. I waited 10 minutes for amenu. I waited 10 minutes for the bill. When I went looking for ourwaiter he was chatting to other staff. Not good enough. Did not evenget an apology.
