Review 1：Everything was perfect but vacations were very shot ;)

Review 2：It's really an excellent location first of all. It is necessary to note as well that towels changed every day. This is really nice flat with three sleeping rooms, cost and stylish, high speed WiFi also has to be mentioned.

Review 3：parking, you could have a 10 minute wait for a space locally between 6 and 8pm but well worth it

Review 4：everything, the amount of space you get, a kitchen, separate living room, separate bedroom and bathroom, private balcony, the apartment if large enough for a family of 5 easily, I have stayed in many 5 star locations and this is one of the best, just wow, it the views are much better than in the picture, the staff are great

Review 5：The first room was wonderful, no complaints at all. The upgrade room had no facility for making tea or coffee, no kettle, no waste bin and was cold.

Review 6：We had two rooms, the first was wonderful, warm, tea, coffee & kettle provided. The second was a supposed upgrade, we didn't like this much but it did have a wonderfully comfortable bed. Both rooms had a wonderful shower. Location of the hotel couldn't be better.

Review 7：Great family-run appartments right in the centre of Lienz (either located on Hauptplatz or just behind at Südtiroler Platz). We had a very spacious appartment furbished to modern standards and a terrace looking out over the city to the mountains. Also staff was very helpful.

Review 12：The apartment is nice but the building site - not mentioned in the booking - one has to get through to access the apartment was a surprise. Waking up to builders in the apartment at 07:30am was another (unwanted) surprise!

Review 17：Excellent staff who were always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 5 days and will definitely stay here again. The location is excellent and in the very centre of Lienz with one minute walk to Christmas markets, restaurants, shops. There is a modern cinema within 100 meters from the apartments. Supermarkets are also nearby, just ask staff. Check in is at the souvenir shop downstairs at Dina Mariner. There is a lift in the building which is great if you have heavy luggage. Fresh towels were delivered daily. Excellent WiFi. Highly recommend this quality apartment, excellent location and friendly staff. Thanks for your warm hospitality.

Review 18：2 things to remember: This is not a hotel with a reception. The hours are set with the Photo Shop store on the ground level. City taxes.

Review 21：Clean, spacious and quiet. I only stayed one night but this would be an ideal base to tour the region. There are a number of apartments available, I chose the newer ones and would recommend them to anyone. Close to town square, restaurants and shops.

Review 22：Stayed in a superior 1 bedroom apartment. Very comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately it overlooked a busy car park so it was noisy and unpleasant on the balcony. Also very bright during the night.

Review 24：Very modern, well equipped and clean room, one of the best we stayed in on this European trip. Wolfgang, the owner, was very, very helpful and was only a phone call away if needed. Wish we had stayed longer but we will certainly return and stay here for a few days next year. Well placed right in the centre of Lienz.

Review 53：Went for the Dolomitenlauf and it was very central to all activities, bus connections, trains, and trails in Lienz. Very spacious rooms and clean. Very unique entrance to hotel - almost a secret door like scenario, display case was a door to apartment building. Quiet except for morning truck/bus noise. Nice view of mountains from balcony. Staff was helpful when needing information or printing train/bus tickets.

Review 54：Pricy. Our dobule room was posted for 49 euro per night, but city tax 1 euro per person per night was not included, so it was 52 for one night. No parking. No wifi. Hotel policy about wifi. Most of the hotels offer it in the rome rate, if they have it. Here the network existed, was secured and for the password they asked for 10 euro per staying. No table no chairs. More, there is a sign Check out before 10 am.

Review 55：Very well situated in the middle of the city center-pietonal area. Parking is not included in room rate. In fact it is a public parking, 0,50 euro per hour, until seven o clock. It is free of charge until next morning, eight o clock. Wifi is extra cost, 10 euro. It is a public free network in front of the hotel, for emails or surfing the net. Not enough for Viber. The room is kind of tiny, bur very clean and confortable. There is a double bed and one armchair, not even a table or a chair. Not enough space for a breakfast, unless you are willing to eat on the floor. It is a clean floor! The bathroom is separated from the toillet, and both are part of the room, doors made of glass. Kind of weird, in fact. Lucky there are strong fan in both, otherwise you will get sauna in the bedroom. Or funny smells. Acces in the room is through the souvenir shop, called dina, same owner, very friendly lady. In front of the hotel there are many bars and restaurants. For a quiet night choose a room overlooking the back side, they are also cheeper. Austria is indeed a quiet country, no noise even in bars, but still. We did not try the breakfast, it was kind of pricy, for 6,50 euro each. They offer a kettler, two cups and two instant coffees, free of charge.

Review 60：Not very clean. We found a dirty sock under the bed and a pair of kid's underwear in the closet. There was dust under the bed. We could notably smell mold in the entrance area and bathroom. This is quite unusual to see in Austria where usually everything is impeccably clean.
