Reviews for Pierre & Vacances La Daille

Review 1:Room is not as 'fresh' as pictures on the website show. Obviously several years since the rooms have been refreshed and it shows. Rooms are warm, although controlling the heating is not easy, must need a degree in heating to perfect it..!!! either hot or cold nothing in between.

Review 2:Good location for first lifts in the mornings, fairly close to small shop and bus stops

Review 3:The costs. Ouch. The 3star apartment I booked, "sleeps 6" for a family of 5 was so tiny and very basic, a nightmare for a week for a family with everyone living on top of each other. The upgraded room (60% more expensive!!) was a little bigger which made all the difference and much nicer finished. Car parking very expensive, but at least car was inside. Internet costs (get the premium service for extra €5,the basic is useless) and even then it kept dropping out even though the signal was strong. Kitchen tiny and no oven, only microwave.

Review 4:Location is excellent, right opposite La Dahie lifts. Underground parking. The better (left wing, "4 star") apartments are a massive improvement over the (very basic, very tiny) right win" 3 star" apartments. Ski lockers convenient next to entrance. Beds comfortable and place was warm.

Review 5:The beds were not made, the fresh linens were just left on the beds. Finding the room inside the hotel was a real fun time. Some better signs would really help for guests arriving late. Other than that all was fine.

Review 6:Location and late check were good.

Review 7:It was v small and expensive for what it was

Review 8:It was misrepresented; there was no pool or sauna.

Review 9:Lack of space!!! No insulation in the room and wind coming through the door; Old carpets particularly in the bigger appartments (it was smelling like an old gym); wifi was not free and pretty pricy; sheets covered in plastic (that was not environmentally friendly); Location was a bit too quiet; building and woodwork have been poorly maintained (paint was coming off the wood);

Review 10:Close to the ski lifts Two ski lifts Grocery store nearby Easy access to Val d'lsere Friendly staff Sports shop close by cleaning products supplied Balcony Dishwasher Hot water

Review 11:Very small apartment Furniture old tired and falling apart! Bed dipped in the middle.

Review 12:Good location near lifts and bus stop. Good price for Val D'Isere. Ski hire in the block. Hot water, good view

Review 13:Room was very unclean and had very uncomfortable sofa bed. Definitely not 3 star property. Vomit was in the parking stairway and staff did not clean it the whole week. Disgusting!

Review 14:Location good with easy access to major ski lifts.

Review 15:There were 2 of us, it may feel small for 4 people.

Review 16:Apartment was warm, lots of hot water, very well equipped, comfortable sofa bed, excellent location.

Review 17:One of the lifts not operating, inconvenient at busy periods (same happened last year) Arrived early and was charged 50 euros for access to an available room of the standard booked and paid for! Why?

Review 18:Staff were friendly and efficient, appatrment was clean, warm and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped.

Review 19:The appartment was very small and uncomfortable without closets. There were only some selves that didn΄t close with a door, not enough for a four - person family. The appartment really DIDN΄ T WORTH the amount of money we had paid for it.

Review 20:The emploees at the reception were kind and helpfull.

Review 21:Pity we had to be out by 10am as not much time to get everything sorted.

Review 22:Apartment was small but clean. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen but not much storage space so couldn't really unpack much. Lashings of hot water for baths and showers and good heating.

Review 23:I ordered a 4 adult room and received a room for 2 adults and 2 smallchildren who had to sleep in a bumb bed. I felt cheated. Even when Isaid it in the reception there were no understanding and they did notwant to solve the situation. Actually she could not speak very muchenglish and that part was also big problem for having a conversation.

Review 24:Location

Review 25:No towels and etc, you should think about your comfort yourself, reception closes very early

Review 26:Beatifull place, near skilifts, clean, near shop, buses to Valdiser very offen

Review 27:Services were below basic. Hade to buy my own toilet paper.

Review 28:Location was across the street from the bus stop and the sloppes
