Review 1：We could not turn the heating down lower than 19degrees C. The window can not be opened so the room was far too hot for us. A disappointment in a new hotel.

Review 3：one member of staff very unhelpful and a little rude in our opinion over the evening meal arrangements, as we were unsure about eating in that evening we were given to believe it was ok just to come down if we decided to do so, we were told the restaurant wasn't busy that night anyway. When we asked for a table the reply was " it would have been nice if you had let us know earlier we only have one chef on this evening " so I explained we had been told at reception it would be ok to just ask for a table then she repeated the same words again. We ate out !

Review 5：The staff were all very friendly and helpful. As always with Premier Inns, I had a very restful night's sleep. The food was also excellent and very good value.

Review 6：I loved staying at this hotel. As an MS sufferer I was looked after extremely well, the staff were very nice and very attentive especially a lady called Pat. I can't fault it.

Review 7：The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed ( a la Lenny Henry) cosy and comfortable. A good selection of breakfast dishes was also available.

Review 8：Very friendly staff - couldn't fault them (and wouldn't wish to) Beds are so comfortable, very clean, well-appointed..wonderful quality linen - all adds up to a great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent too. Lots of hot water, great shower and towels etc all in the room on arrival, as they should be. (At other hotels we often have to ask for extra pillows and towels as there are 4 of us, but not at Premier Inn)

Review 11：Very clean Bed was very comfy Staff were really helpful, even offered to make me toast because the kitchen had closed for the night. Breakfast although not a buffet was tasty, no cheap greasy stuff here.

Review 12：automatic check in machine which wasn't clear to understand resulting in a wrong check in and caused the staff 3 times more work and a long delay. Staff are quite disjointed in their service. Had to ask for the same thing a number of times, so did my colleague.

Review 15：The only thing I didn't like was that you couldn't open the windows! Aaaaargh! Nearly drowned in my own sweat every night. Air conditioning is not the same thing as FRESH AIR. Rooms were hot hot hot and so stuffy.

Review 25：The booking in procedure with the DIY approach on the computer was a disaster it was a sad blot on what was a most pleasurable stay. The plumbing installation was very noisy with water rushing through the pipework at all hours.

Review 31：I wasn't eating in the hotel the evening I stayed there but would have been disappointed if I had been, as I overheard the waiter telling other customers that two steak dishes and the salmon dish were all unavailable at roughly 6:30 pm.

Review 32：Resturant service, kitchen in melt down from 7 took till 9:30 pm to get our evening meal. Not kept informed of situation, but when food did arrive it was very good.

Review 36：As the Premier Inn is behind a large Hotel it is not easy to find and the notices need to be a lot bigger. The Booking in desk is in the wrong place. When I booked in Eight young Lads were waiting behind me and were talking together in loud tones which made it difficult to hear the receptionist, When we came back with our luggage two more couples were also waiting to book in and we could not get through to the door leading to the rooms. we had to go into the restaurant and walk through the the Bar area which was busy with people having an early drink.

We had a very long journey from thevery Northern part of the Netherlands Hotel had reviews About theRestaurant but when we came Sunday 6th of September due to short of aCook/Chef, we could not eat there ! This is the top of unpreciatingfor customers ! We would have been Happy with a slice of Bread and thesoup of the day, but really it was not Possible !

Review 39：Clean.The very Young not understanding staff most of them overweight as Well. We are wondering from What kind of Food ? On the menu in the room is written, the only long lasting love is honest Fresh Food.... They Better skip that !

Review 40：Only a fixed head shower in bathroom - which is not good if you want to keep hair dry. Bath is set unusually high, which could lead the unwary and/or unfit to slip when stepping out onto floor. Overly bouncy pillows.
