Review 1：Weak shower. No instructions for oven/microwave gadget. Restaurant disappointing

Review 13：We requested prior to visit to have our studio before 5pm. On arrival told not possible. Our reason for request was that we had travelled from Roscoff on our motorcycle in crippling heat. We did manage to change into jeans, we went back at 4pm and sat in reception, only to see people being allowed in their studios. We felt rather invisible!! On our stay we noticed studios vacated were cleaned and ready very early in the day, so cannot fathom why 5pm should be a rule! Ridiculous as the place want even full. I could say a lot more, but it would be too long, generally the place needs to get in the 21st century no internet for most of the week, when the little tobacconist shop and a small restaurant had it! Very inconvenient indeed. Staff pleasant enough, but never recognised you and were more interested in answering phone and working on their computers, they need to have more customer service. Bar shut 9.30pm seemed to us that all things were for the hotel and not for the holiday maker! Place was absolutely DEAD!!

Review 15：No wifi in apartment. Walking to front desk to get wifi was a nuisance. People from around the world were often talking loudly on skype so checking emails in a peaceful environment was impossible.

Review 17：The hotel has good facilities for a range of children and was very well located, only a few minutes walk to good beaches. The 3 bed apartment was also very large and easily capable of accommodating a family of 5.
