Located just a 5-minute drive from the Channel Tunnel, The Beach offers boutique bed and breakfast accommodation in picturesque Hythe. There is ample off-road parking with 24-hour CCTV coverage and free WiFi.
The property is located right on the promenade and benefits from soundproofing throughout. Each room has oak floors, a 40-inch flat-screen TV and a modern en suite bathroom with either a shower, free-standing bath or both. The Beach has its own garden and sun terrace for guests to relax in.

Review 1：Absolutely nothing.
Review 2：Everything! The host was amazing - very friendly and generous. He even offered a tour of every room in the house - each one individually unique and beautiful. They have the most amazing snack bar for guests - chocolates, cookies, fruit, drinks etc. We absolutely loved our room, as did our friends staying in other rooms in the property, and the location is perfect - right on the beach. We have already said we will definitely be getting a group of friends together and going back in the summer.

Review 5：The Beach has a high standard of accommodation and welcoming, efficient service. We found it to be a relaxing spot for a short break, with plenty of local interest. And it lives up to its name with such a brilliant view! Watching the moon rise over the sea and the dawn reflected in the waves was pretty special.

Review 7：We only booked this as accommodation for the night of a friend's wedding to save us driving all the way back to London. We wish we had time to have stayed longer. It was so beautiful and homey. Very modern and nicely decorated. The owner was so friendly and just lovely. The breakfast was yummy! We had a tropical fruit salad to start and I had the eggs benedict which was great. Would definitely like to go back there for a full weekend or even longer. Thank you!

Review 14：Wow! What a find! Spotlessly clean. Great views and close to a good restaurant and pubs. Comfortable bed , great shower and great breakfast cooked by a very friendly host. What blew me completely away though was the free wine, beer, soft drinks, fruit and chocolates. As I said before - Wow!!!
Review 15：We stayed at The Beach for one night only as part of an extended weekend away on the South Coast. Not cheap but honestly one of the best B&Bs we've ever been to. The room was huge, well appointed and looked right on to the beach. Penny made us feel very welcome and the complimentary refreshments were greatly appreciated. The pub recommendation was a good one too! Breakfast was delicious. Would love to return for longer one day.

Review 17：Everything, It was our wedding night so we arrived quite late with a lot of luggage. Paul and penny were nothing but helpful in allowing us to store our luggage and had even laid some rose petals out on the bed, an ice bucket ready for our champagne. The room was immaculate with a great view and bath. Being vegan sometimes breakfast in hotels is awkward for us but Paul made us a beautiful breakfast with fresh herbs from his garden and really went out of his way. Even down to recommending a taxi service and how much we should pay to a late checkout. Will definitely be going back in the near future and maybe every year on our anniversary :) Kyle and Charlotte

Review 21：From the second I arrived i was smiling, location is awesome! The text I received from Penny & Paul had perfect directions, the hotel was extremely well designed. Little gifted extras like a glass of wine, bottle of beer, nibbles & chocolates just helped make it even more pleasing. When I was shown to my room... Well, I was blown away! The bed was so cozy, wifi was strong, I had an amazing view of the sea and it was lovely and peaceful in my room...Scrambled egg and salmon for breakfast was lush. Perfect, can't wait to go back again and jog along the front and watch the sun go down...
Review 22：I didn't know prior to arrival that no one would be at the B&B as they don't live on site, so I was confused when I got there as I was early and didn't know what to do. Luckily they only live next door but it wasn't clear from the website that there'd be no one there to greet you if you arrived early as we did.

Review 34：This in no way had an adverse effect on our stay, it is just a little observation.-Although there is a coffee machine available in the breakfast room which can be used 24 hours a day, we do like to have a coffee when we first wake up while we are getting dressed. There are no facilities in the room to do this and we wouldn't go down to the breakfast room in our dressing gowns with other guests about.
Review 35：Everything about The Beach is fantastic. We stayed in The Gulls Nest which was lovely. All the rooms are a very high standard and excellently decorated, well presented and spacious. The bathroom was very clean and modern.Paul and Penny where very friendly and the location is easy walking distance to the town centre.

Review 38：What a fabulous place to stay from the spacious individual Decorated Rooms Especially The Sea View Rooms to your hosts Penny & Paul who are a great couple , and have got the beach just perfect.The complimententry drinks And Nibbles was totally unexpected but what a great touch. Minutes after our arrival we were sat outside, in the beaches front sun patio garden with a glass of wine in hand , with sea lapping on the Hythe beach just a few yards away. The sun was shining and we asked if it was possible to have breakfast out in the front garden. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after. Breakfast was amazing and the experience of our stay was much better than some of the luxurious 5* hotels we've stayed in in London.

The beds and pillows were so comfy and the breakfast choices were wonderful. Paul & Penny are so friendly and obviously take great pride in providing a wonderful place to stay. Review 102：This place is just amazing! The couple who own it couldn't have been more helpful! We were given the 'induction' when we got there and there is everything you need in the house! There's even drawers with, essentially, a free minibar! (Plus free cake/cookies/water/tea etc etc). The house is left to the guests so it felt really private. Beautiful room and sea views with a lovely terrace out back!
