Review 1：Boutique-y ambience but with pretty much all the 5 star service and facilities required to make for a very pleasant stay. Great location right in the centre of town and next to a Spar supermarket. Staff uniformly very helpful. Would return.

Review 10：The ski room, ski's did not fit.Shoes were placed high, difficult toreach. The system used is the same as in rental shops. Not for privatepeople. (Sliding racks). Shoes and ski's are on differentfloors.Important issue for a "SKI" hotel??

Review 12：The service, whilst polite and attentive, was not 5 star - more like 4. Very expensive (Bar and restaurant), even for Val d'Isere standards. Some facilities one would expect in a 5 star not available - just by way of e.g. no iron available for the room - so had to pay to iron a shirt - 10 Euro each.
