Review 1：The bed and room was small & compact - perfect for me on my own....though I would have been concerned about space if my husband had travelled with me....!
Review 2：I thought the main reception bar area was very comfortable, inviting and friendly and it was nice that it appeared to be open at all hours. The breakfasts were fantastic with a large selection of foods available and my dietary requirements (gluten & dairy free) were catered for with minimum fuss.
Review 3：The opening hours for the spa and sauna were quite late, since I finished snowboarding around 2PM, I would have like it to open before 4PM.
Review 4：It was a nice and pleasant stay, and very good location; basically in the middle of the village. The hotel staff were very warm and welcoming; they even let us play the piano for a bit. Keep up the good work! :)
Review 5：The hotel is located in the center of the village, near great restaurants and stores. Also, Ecole de Ski is very near so as the slopes and you can rent the equipment with 20% off (because you are a guest of the hotel.

Triple room was significantly smaller than what was advertised as a triple - either the photographer was a magician or it's a misleading picture - a comment from my colleague in next room and one I agree with. 2. WiFi was very patchy. Depending on your location in the building you got some WiFi or none. 3. Ventilation was poor and room was stuffy. We slept with external door open a little to let cold air in during mid-March. 4. Toilet seemed to smell. I blamed my son for the smell and was reprimanded by wife who said it there before him. 5. Very limited cable TV channels in English language which made the pain from poor WiFi even more painful.

Review 28：The room we had was too noisy so we had to move. In the new room we could not receive the internet at all. Even in the lobby the internet reception was typically not good enough for streaming. Please beware that both double rooms we were allocated were actually two single beds pulled together!!

Review 40：No transparant price policy. We were informed that our room ratewas including breakfast. However, upon check-out learnt that halfof our stay was charged as semi pension. If we had clearly knownthis, some dinners could have been saved. As everybody, Val is notthe cheapest place.

Review 42：We did not like the fact after having booked this hotel with informationstating free wifi throughout the hotel to arrive and find no wifi in thehotel was working at all even though it was showing full signal and thatwe would have to go to the hotel next door to use wifi. Not exceptable!!We felt like we had been shoved in the eves out the way and thedescription of our family room was 2 separate adjoining rooms with onebathroom, this was not the case with our room at all, it was one roomwith a section cornered off. On leaving the hotel we managed to sneak apeek at the family room next door which was as described 2 separaterooms adjoined.
