Review 1：The room is modern & very clean, equipped with a small kitchen & fridge. There are supermarkets around, you can buy food & drinks back to the apartment & rest. Parking is available !

Review 2：We visited when it was very hot 31C and the duplex bed room had no air so very stuffy even using our own fan.

Review 3：Lovely apartment secure parking and nice view to the lake. Every thing was available to make a great stay and cater if required.

Review 4：Difficult to find the entrance and reception. Couldn't find the lift from the car park to the room. No signing. Not very helpful staff in the Thermal Centre.

Review 6：I booked one extra night, when we tried to come in, the keys would not open the front door. Nobody at the reception, we had to wait with my older parents who had medecine to take, for one hour, in the heat ( july 5th, 35 degres). It is a shame !!! I am furious,

Review 10：My family had a terrible experience staying here. The staff were completely unavailable all night long, and then completely unhelpful the next morning when they finally arrived on site. They ignored my request for a baby cot, and they did not give us any information for accessing our room for a late check-in. It was a very bad choice for an overnight stay. We do not recommend.

Review 13：This is not a hotel--it is a day spa with some overnight rooms, and it only operates during business hours. We arrived at 9:30 at night and the hotel was completely closed. There was no staff on site and no one answered any phone numbers posted on site or on our reservation confirmation. We had no way to access our room, until we followed another guest into the garage and he allowed us into the building, where our room keys were sitting on a desk in the unattended lobby. There were no WiFi instructions, so we were not able to access the WiFi until the following morning when a day spa receptionist arrived. I'm sure it is a lovely day spa, but I would absolutely not recommend this place as an overnight hotel stay until you are a spa client.

Review 15：Layout of double height apartment with balcony bedroom. Bright, roomy, sunny aspect and balcony table and seating. Spotlessly clean. Ample storage. Quiet. Secure. Thermal baths next door. My 9 and 12 year old daughters were very sad to leave this beautiful family friendly appartment

Review 37：Didn't really like the breakfast. It was delivered in your room. (apparently there is no breakfast room), And therefore you cannot choose what to eat. No cheese or ham in the morning. Only butter and jam to go with the half baggette and the french croissant. Something to improve I believe for the 12€ per person charged.

Beds in the room were of the cheapest quality with wheels that made sleeping in two a torture. Room advertised for 4 but was barely for 2. Very expensive for what it offered. Breakfast was limited. The best part about the served breakfast was the lady that served it... The only one in the whole place that smiled. SPA (at extra cost) was a poor excuse of a spa... a glorified pool. Thus not very desirable, not a spa. NOT A PLACE THAT WE WILL RETURN OR RECOMMEND... AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! ÉVITER ***ÉVITER ***ÉVITER ***
