Reviews for Les Campanules Hôtels-Chalets de Tradition

Review 1:Nothing.

Review 2:Great location, pretty hotel, nice, thoughtfully decorated rooms, good linen, a fantastic spa with steam-room, sauna, Jacuzzi, and pool, The full-board food was excellent cuisine, generous and varied. Probably the best restaurant in this part of Tignes!

Review 3:This has been said before in other guests' comments, but our room was a bit small from a skier's perspective with all the stuff one has. Also the bathroom (shower in a bathtub) was cramped - just a shower would be fine and one could then use the excellent spa facilities for baths/heat/get rid of any cramps one has! And parking is really expensive as it is for everyone in Tignes it seems. Actually quite painful after a few days on top of the hotel and skiing costs....

Review 4:This was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays (unfortunately for too short a time after having experienced it!) that we have had for many years, largely due to the superb level of welcome and service we experienced from all - the reception, the management, the bar lady and the two excellent restaurant staff. It was nice to be in a 'traditional' chalet-type mountain hotel in the midst of brutalist architecture, and to be close to the ski-lifts for morning take-off. Our room was calm with a lovely view over the mountains (as one also has in the restaurant). The demi-pension food was extraordinarily good; we particularly liked the Friday evening seafood buffet. We also really appreciated being able to leave our baggage in a room off the reception area on our last day so we could ski the day and then shower/change before leaving for home in the evening. We'll be back!

Review 5:The rooms are a bit warm in the summer, you can open the patio doors but Tignes is an activity centre and at 2am in the morning some people are still pretty active it seems so it can get noisy

Review 6:We were just made to feel at home from the moment we walked through the door. The hotel is clearly geared up for skiing season and is sumptuous. Great little spa and hard parking for the motorbike. The owner was really nice and helpful.

Review 7:The hotel is well located in a good area of Tignes. It has clean rooms, a small spa area and an warm outdoor swimming pool. The staff is very helpful.

Review 8:Quirky décor, excellent location, good breakfast. We were allowed to return after check out (as we had been skiing) for a shower, before we left for the airport.

Review 9:The location was great. Easy access to lifts and a nice views of the town from the room balcony. The spa was one of the best we have seen in ski resort hotels. Great breakfast and very helpful staff.

Review 10:Excellent hotel, facilities and very helpful friendly staff. Food incredible and such a variety. Will definitely be returning.

Review 11:Excellent hotel, fabulous food, great location, relaxing spa and welcoming staff.

Review 12:Very helpful staff, comforable rooms, great location.

Review 13:Nothing to criticise.

Review 14:Friendly staff. Good accommodation and spa facilities. Satisfying breakfast.

Review 15:Nice staff, shower room after check out. Nice buffets for dinner.

Review 16:Reception staff - not as welcoming as could be. Weren't very apologetic when they made a mistake.

Review 17:Food, room, spa, location

Review 18:Comfortable Hotel and lovely people.

Review 19:Nothing

Review 20:The food The friendly staff The spa The location

Review 21:The stairs behind the hotel to the slopes. Difficult in ski boots

Review 22:The courteous staff, good breakfast, cleanliness and warmth of the hotel.

Review 23:Couldn't find a fault.

Review 24:Went for a three night ski break with my mate. Stayed several great places in Tignes , however this is the most outstanding in every way. Terrifically friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Boot room with separate lockers per room, and each with heated boot warmers. The best part of hotel is the restaurant food. Try and stay there on a Friday for the outstanding fish buffet (lobster, crab, salmon etc etc). Hotel is only 100metres from Aeroski lift ( now called Toviere). It's not quite a ski in ski out hotel but its not far from it. Excellent swimming pool & sauna area and added bonus at end of day.

Review 25:Would have been great to have had a kettle and tea making facility in the room ... although not found many hotels in France which do.

Review 26:Relaxed atmosphere Very comfortable, clean and well run Staff really friendly, helpful and welcoming Spa was easy to access Breakfasts were brilliant and great for fuelling up before long day ski-ing

Review 27:The reservation of the room had been previously refused by the hotel (some misunderstanding about credit card) and we had not been told about. But they put us in a room that was available.

Review 28:Great accueil, atention, excellent cuizine and great warm swiming pool!!!

Review 29:sometimes problems with hot water

Review 30:Traditional hotel with great atmosphere, quiet place in the central part of Tignes, very good food and very helpful staff in the restaurant

Review 31:Wifi was a bit unreliable

Review 32:Staff were excellent Breakfast was great Fantastic view and location

Review 33:small bathrooms no offer of help with luggage to bus station

Review 34:decor was good nice spa good breakfasts
