Review 1：Building work on my side of the hotel, noisy outside air con units, pillows were awful

Review 3：- The swimming pool is a bit small and can get crowded fast - For vegetarians, the options are quite limited for dinner.

Review 4：- Our apartment room was amazing with ample space (huge living room with 2 sofa beds, two separate bedrooms, 1 small kitchen) Loved the staff and the customer service - It was all inclusive and both dinner and breakfast had variety - My kid really enjoyed the huge "SpielRaum" - My husband and I enjoyed the steam / sauna - Theres also a kiddie swimming pool - The child minder in the play area was quite friendly and kept on engaging the kids with different activities

Review 5：The wireless internet never worked on the mobile. Only on PC. They really need to do something about the wireless connectivity for mobile phones.

Review 6：The apartments were modern, comfortable, with lots of storage, fantastic views of the piste, cleaned everyday and it's in a fantastic location. Further the service we received at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner and the bar were outstanding - staff were friendly, generous and very helpful. The food and drinks included in the all inclusive package is a knock out. Good quality wines and food served.

Review 7：We travelled to the hotel by car - 4 adults and two children under the age of 7. For the children they absolutely loved it. Plenty for them to do after skiing, it was difficult getting them to dinner! The staff were very friendly, especially the two bar men and of course our waitress for the week, Anna, she was great. The accommodation excellent in the design suite, possibly slightly tired in the apartment, but clean. The buffet style food was varied, though not too keen on children helping themselves. Boot room good size. the only negative was the wifi was only available in the public areas, speed ok. Would definitely recommend

Review 26：The room in the old building with old and unpleasant furniture. The elevator in the old building is very old, with hardly working buttons.

Review 27：The service is excellent, The ski depot room is very comfortable. The meals are very tasty, with good assortiment, adapted also for the kids. All the facilities of the hotel are good situated.

Review 28：My only warning would be to avoid staying at the hotel when the Biker Mania festival is in the local town, as for 3 nights we were kept awake by revving bikes and loud music.

Review 29：From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel very welcome. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is very conveniently located next to a cable car, and our children (aged 2 and 5) loved the play room, the swimming pool and the trampoline.

Review 30：It's an all inclusive hotel close to the slopes. Good atmosphere and many facilities for both adults (fitness, massage, pool, spa, sauna) and children (cinema, playroom, gaming room, pool). Good food with variety enough for a weeks stay without being tired of the food. Very helpful staff and good service. Parking facilities - indoor and outdoor.

Review 31：Only downside is the walk down/up the hill into town. But it is a ski resort!
