Review 1：Bathroom is rather "tired" and could do with a good clean with spray bleach. Don't expect a/c or even a fan.
Review 2：Nice location, very friendly staff and excellent food. The best place to eat in the area.
Review 3：No bar. No restaurant. Limited wifi. ( all had been advertised at time of booking). Mouldy shower, very tight wc access. 40 min walk to village centre for a meal, but nothing open.

Review 10：the family that run the hotel is great. Loved the place, I will go back. The food was excellent in a new decor and each time I stayed in the hotel and used the restaurant. I loved it
Review 11：Very neat and well appointed studio in contemporary setting extremely clean where one could stay for a longer stay. Very quiet. Ideal for a beach holiday. Also it has a good restaurant below the hotel, and an enclosed parking for car which is not too small to manoeuvre in and out.
Review 12：The photos on the Booking.com website are deceptive. The hotel is situated far from anywhere resembling a town - two miles from Pornichet. The sea cannot be seen from the rooms. The rooms are dingy and the sloping ceilings make it difficult to stand upright. There was no hot tub - just unsightly disused spouts in the bath tub. After the initial welcome the reception ceased to exist and it completely disappeared on Sunday as did the restaurant.
