Review 1：excellent staff made check in and out simple (we arrived very late and it wasn't a problem). location next to pistes, kids club and ski hire also made life easy. Ski lockers available (small if you have 4 pairs of adult skis)
Review 2：Drains smelt badly. No kettle supplied ! Had to pay extra for towel, TV, wifi, etc. Also no washing up liquid or dushwsjer tabs, which as I was only there for 4 days, I wasn't going to go and buy 24 tabs or a litre of liquid. I'm sure some would have been left by the last people. Maybe this could have been left ?

Review 4：Beds were a little too small for a 6' 2 tall male. Nothing else was an issue.
Review 5：Clemond (on reception) was excellent. Always helpful & friendly. No issues at all with the apartment. Will definitely stay at the property again.
Review 6：Arrived at resort after reception shut. No access to main building and no ability to obtain keys out of hours. Slept in freezing car overnight. Enough said.

Review 10：Reception was barely open, when we arrived there was a sign on the window which we had to call to get instructions on how to enter the apartment. They don't provide towels so be aware, there was no Wi-Fi, paid or free. The room stated it could sleep 4, in reality this apartment is small for 2 people. The so called bedroom had a bunk bed, which in fact was the room size, don't expect any space. The sofa bed was extremely hard, the pull out bed was ok, but having 4 people with luggage and ski gear was so cramped it became very uncomfortable. Understand the cost was budget but I don't think this should be marketed as a room for 4 people.
Review 11：The location is very good, we used the InterSport located near one of the lifts and this was a 5 min walk or so. Room was clean.
Review 12：1.we arrived during the worst snowfall after 20 hours of driving , nobody waited allthougth i phoned for arriving late (the same with many other people) 2.the room CANNOT accomodate 5 people .we were packed althought family with 3 children . if we were 5 adults we should have the suitcases in the balcony 3.the lockers in the ski room cannot accomdate the gear of 5 people . if you have 5 boards you must take them to the room 4.a ski room for 50 rooms cannot have only a 2 seat sofa !!!

Review 14：Cheap and cheerful. Cleaned by previous occupants. Adequate space if kept tidy. Fully functional kitchen- no kettle or oven but coffee machine and good cooker/ hot plates. Bath and shower. Separate toilet. Seating for 4 (-6 at squeeze for drinks) at table. Relaxed policy. Right on the slopes. Definite ski in and out both to Bolin and from Tichot lift. Ski locker way too small- could fit maybe 1-2 sets of Skiis in. We left ours outside the room all week. No dramas! Felt safe and secure with combination key pads on main doors. Only 1 door key. Don't try and check in before the time it says! And no where to leave luggage if early. Given sheets to make beds and no duvet just blanket. But heaters were great. No problems with room temp. Great balcony. Good views. Ideal for cheap and cheerful.

Review 17：It was dirty, scruffy, noisy, the apartment was very old and tiredlooking, I'm used to the low end ski pits on offer in France but thisplace is truly terrible. It really needs refurbishing or rebuilding. Thestaff don't care and shrug when you complain. The apart ment getscleaned by the outgoing occupants so cleaning standards are awful.

Review 19：Apartment was not clean on arrival. Strong smell of cigarettes,we are all non smokerss. Kitchen had dirty pots in dishwasher. Microwave had dirty dish inside. Child's bedroom sheets still fitted. Balcony area was covered in cigarette butts.
