Review 9：It was very close to the Disneyland park. There's a shuttle bus that comes every 20,minutes to pick and drop guests off to and form the park. The staff was incredibly nice. I stayed in a family room all by myself because that was the only took available on booking.com during my stay dates. It was amazing. The ambienceof the room was amazing. It is certainly a very beautiful hotel to stay out.

Review 10：the facility in this hotel is no where near the standards of four star hotel. the room is small. the housekeeper threw my clothes on the ground when tidying up the room. everything at breakfast buffet is from the can - fruits in sugary syrup and eggs tasted like rober. we forgot to bring an electronic adapter from UK. was asked to buy and we could not charge the charger to room. everything has to be settled straight away.

Staff is extremely helpful and polite. This was my second stay in Dream Castle and will definitely recommend and return back.

Review 20：We were upgraded to a family room, which as I was staying there with my older daughter meant we did not have to share a bed! (we had booked too late to have a twin room). The room was clean, very comfortable, quiet and had a lovely view over the grounds. The food at breakfast was excellent! The shuttle bus to and from Disneyland was very regular, only taking a short time.

The lakeside was the part we appreciated the most with water birds chumming in the morning mist; calm and quiet which is ideal for morning walks. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and also recommend it to others.

Review 24：Due to sickness of our young daughter who is having leukemia treatment, we needed to leave 1 day earlier. Although they have agreed to refund 1 day on the phone from room, they charged the whole stay when we went down to reception.

Review 40：The shuttle buses to the park are terrible, as the hotel is number 4 on a chain of hotels it picks up from and so is quite full/full when it arrives. It basically then becomes a shoving match on who gets on the bus. Even worse coming back and there aren't enough buses provided for the amount of people coming back. Housekeeping and reception never answer the phones!!!!!

Review 41：Location is 10 minutes from Disney, breakfast is 'basic' but okay and the room was a good size for two adults and two children (2-12). Swimming pool is ideal for very young children and is a nice break from the parks. We didn't pay the going rate for this hotel, as we booked months in advance and if I had paid the going rate, I would have been very disappointed!

Review 59：The room was lovely and quite big for a family room. On arrival we were checked in quickly by extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was great too!! There was a big selection of cereals, fruits, yoghurts, pastries, cold meats and fruit juices. If you fancied something hot there were sausages, bacon and scrambled egg on offer! This is the 2nd time we've used this hotel and we will definitely be coming back!!!!

Review 62：I slipped whilst carrying two hot cups of tea on the floor during breakfast and really did fall down hard onto my knee, staff didn't come and see if I was okay, just stood looking at me. They cleaned the floor before someone came to check on me. Many many staff around and not one approached me. Then after 15 mins manager came to me with a keyring for daughter and some toiletries. Not what I would expect. No accident form filled out. Other than this occasion staff have been lovely. But I just thought some more consideration should have been given.

The Val d'Europe and Vallee Village [hahaha...nothing wrong with any of them ....it's just that travelling with a wife and 2 daughters can have quite an impact on your finances :) .... just kidding - they loved it, so did I!] 2. The indoor pool, area and showers were not too welcoming .... a very strong presence of chlorine in the water and the air alike, and a 3inch deep pool of water on the entrance to the showers/changing rooms ... which you of course have to walk through 3. The shuttle buses to the parks very often just passed by the hotel and never gave any time to anybody waiting in the lobby to walk out and board. On one cold morning we were waiting (with some other guests) just behind the glass door, and the bus simply stopped in front of the hotel, opened and closed the doors [in 5secs flat] and drove off!!!....the driver clearly seeing and hearing all of us trying to stop him...but simply stepped on it....leaving all of us there in the wait for another half hour for the next bus.

Review 68：Of course we were visiting Disneyland Paris, and the hotel is just a 3 minute Bus Ride [Free] away. The room, for myself, my better half and 2 kids was comfortable & clean, and good daily Housekeeping. Breakfast is good, varied and abundant .... a good start to a day at parks! The staff was always very friendly and ready to help. I will definitely reconsider it for our next visit to DL Paris, and recommend it.

Review 73：We have been unlucky to arrive on the afternoon of the horrible terror attacks. While we understood that the hotel could not help with the fact that all Paris museums and Disneyland were shut (which we completely agreed with) during the whole weekend; nevertheless, the way the hotel communicated to us (or rather, the lack of communication) ws disastrous. As a matter of example, they have confidently told us Saturday evening that next day (on Sunday), Disneyland will open. Imagine telling your kid Sunday morning that it would again not open (as said, we agreed with shutting down, but were outrageous to find out that what the concierge told to our daughter about openingn next day was untrue)... In addition, they closed down the swimming pool/spa right on the day when there was hardly anything one could do with his/her disappointed kid than to go to the spa (Paris was literally closed). Totally ununderstandable decison. At the end, we would have expected to be approached by the hotel and an offer to refund at least a large part of the payment we had made or to get a voucher, but nothing like this happenned. Disappointing.

Review 74：Pool area very dirty no changing facilities then unexpected maintenance on pool so it was closed for 2 days. We were able to use a pool in different hotel but with 3 young children this was not appropriate for us. Every time we were in hotel room we were all ill allergy symptoms Had no sleep for the 5 days. Asked to change rooms staff never handed information over so complained everyday to different staff eventually seen the manager who gave us 1 free soft drink for the inconvenience. Never changed room. Promised a reduced next stay will not go back.

A simple "sorry but..." would have satisfied me as I know these things happen but felt as if we were just being informed, even though we had fully intended on using the facilities. Room service was generally good but didn't receive some ice cream that I ordered even though the order was read back to me in English. These little things took the shine of an overall great hotel. Could have been solved by just a little better customer service from a couple of staff.

Review 90：Great location close to Disneyland with free shuttle. Rooms were simple but décor was good and room was nice and clean. Breakfast was a good range buffet. Would be a nice place for kids with arcade, pool tables, a little shop and decorated with fun suits of armour etc. Some staff were lovely, especially one who rang the Eiffel tower for us to confirm a booking, really helpful and polite.

Review 102：Unfortunately we were in the hotel the weekend 13-15.11 when the terrorist attack happened. We wanted to celebrate our 10 years daughter birthday in Disneyland. Disneyland was closed because of this awful events.The staff in the hotel was really helpful and even that we order a cake and wanted to make a reservation for the same day in the restaurant they made everything and our daughter receive a small party. Our three year old had a blast playing in the ball pit and riding the rides downstairs from our room. The breakfast was delicious! The free transportation to Disneyland was so convenient! Review 123：The downside was with hotel's own restaurants. We arrived quite late in the evening, so we had to dine at the hotel's premises. Food wasn't great at all but pricey and service was quite slow. We preferred to have dinner at Disneyland Village on other days.
