Review 1：One morning at breakfast we were "not seen" at our table and so we ended up having to get our own silverware and get someone's attention for coffee. This is not really an issue, but for a 4+Superior hotel, you pay to get spoiled.

Review 2：The staff at reception was exceptional, the indoor pool and spa experience was excellent, overall cleanliness is great, proximity to Walchsee is walking distance if you don't mind a light workout, the variety and quality of the food at dinner is worth paying extra for the halb pension.
