Review 1：The bathroom and bedroom felt a little too close for me. Almost felt like we were staying in a caravan. But apart from that the stay was lovely.

Review 3：Heating did not work in my room, when I mntioned it, nothing effective was done. I just needed it for a short period as I had come back from a hike wet. Drying room did not have heating so clothes stayed wet. This is an area where people come to hike and hill walk....

Review 9：Thin celing and noisy floors so we experienced lots of noise from the staff quarters upstairs until late night and early morning. However, this is probably specific to the room we stayed in. Bathroom was small with a very ineffective, noisy, sliding door.
Review 10：All the staff were great. We had problems with other residents on the first night but it was sorted quickly and to our satisfaction. Good location for exploring North Wales, lots of attractions within a short drive. Enough pubs and restaurants in the village to keep you fed and watered for a short stay, would recommend pizza and pint at Gallt y Glyn.
Review 11：The town itself is very 'tired'. The toilet in our room didn't flush well, needed a good 6-7 attempts at times. The shower would be very hot one minute & then very cold the next, continuously, making showering a bit difficult
Review 12：Great location for starting Snowdon via Llanberis path or using the railway. The bed was comfortable enough. Basic room however tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. Working TV. Reasonable price considering location.

Review 15：Run down but clean. Seems to be run on the cheap - no chef so no food! Shower head broken but when reported told we just weren't using it right. No heating, we were soaked to the skin and could not dry out, "drying room" not heated either

WiFi signal very poor in our room - dropped outmore than connected - perhaps a WiFi extender is needeed. Shower drainin our room was partially blocked - a little maintenance needed.
