Review 1：The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. It has been recently renovated so was clean and modern. The wifi worked perfectly in our room. The hotel is located a short walk (5 minutes) from the metro, trams and busses. There is a small supermarket across the road which was very convenient. The free parking under the hotel was very convenient for us.
Review 2：Staff was exceptionally kind..especially considering that our euro card was acting out that night! Parking convienent. Bed was perfect for a bad back. Fan available in the wardrobe (needed as it was quite a warm day/night) Bathroom with a real bathtub very clean..nice fluffy towels. Wifi was quick and readily available. Small grocery just across the street..very convenient for drinks and snacks. We'd definitely stay again.
Review 3：Without the navigation system it will be a bit hard to find the place, because the neighborhood has a lot of one-way streets. A bit far from center. And hotel staff barely speak English, just few words. We didn´t have any problem with that, because everyone was nice, smiley and helpful.
Review 4：Extremely friendly staff (but, unfortunately nobody spoke English). We´ve booked this hotel with booking.com discount ant it was a great deal! Cozy, clean, silent place to relax after a long way. Nice design. There are some restaurants in the neighborhood, also parking places (both free and paid). Right across the street there is a small shop. Small breakfast was served in the room and was brilliant!

Review 14：Vincent is extremely helpful in making you feel comfortable, relaxed and informing you on all the attractions Lyon has to offer. The Metro is about a 5 minute walk away so getting around was very easy. The line we traveled on was an automated system which doesn't have a driver, which was also a unique experience!!
