Review 1：Dinner was supposed to be 7pm however some groups were let in early, 6.40pm which meant we could not get a table. Breakfast could be a lot better. Very limited. Dinner not very appealing to children. Showers are tiny. If you are tall and large then you would not be able to get in!

Review 3：We were put in another cheaper room on arrival and when we asked the manager to move us into the correct room she was exceptionally rude and refused to move us - obviously this effected the entirety of our stay and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. In hindsight it's apparent that because we booked on a 'deal' our custom wasn't as valued as others, so we were intentionally put in the cheaper accommodation. I'm still awaiting a refund but this process has been arduous to say the least.
Review 4：- 1900€ for a very tiny room with poor half board is ridiculous even for a new years week. Very rude response after communicating this towards the person at the desk. - no wifi (due to weather when it was a blue sky all week) - cold food, meagre breakfast For the reason this is is accepted it will have been my last booking with booking.com after many years.

Review 6：No duvets and was not clear on booking.com that you had to pay extra for bed linen and TV. We had studio for 4, but no way would it sleep 4 and be able to move. Very small, apartments and decor tired now.

Review 8：- Poor wifi/internet - and weirdly this was not the responsibility of the front desk but of the bar!- Smaller rooms (chambrettes) are supposedly for up to 3 people but too squashed. 2 would be fine. Also kitchenette is REALLY small and right by the bed. - Public areas a bit dim and cold - This is not really a hotel: more like staying in a very small appartment with benefit of half board. So don't expect hotel level service or facilities. - Phone to get directions as it took a while to find and resort map pdf is not that helpful.
Review 9：- Excellent location- Friendly staff running the desk, restaurant and bar - Food was well presented and ample in quantity (but don't expect top level cuisine) - Impeccably clean - Family "suite" rooms ample for 4 (2 adults + 2 children) with basic kitchen - useful for keeping down the price of mountain lunches! - Regular cleaning in rooms - Swimming pool and sauna (but a bit run down) - Efficient check-in and check-out (but you do need to do the dishes and carry out your own rubbish) - Excellent choice for unfussy families
Review 10：The room, especially for 3 person is very small and with really crazy planning. You even could not open refrigirator and use kitchen becouse of the bed near. Heater placed near the head when sleeping. Third person sleeps just opposit toilet near incoming door. Bad pillows. When cooking something you must open the window becouse of high humidity in whole room with wet window. Public showers in sauna (all 3) do not work whole week..
