Review 2：Fantastic room, great staff always smiling and efficient! Extraordinary and excellent cooking and beautiful dishes presentation!

Review 3：Little English spoken here and generally Staff just give blank stare when you ask them anything. No attempt to engage you or even greet you. Not a friendly atmosphere. Dinner was being cleared away and breakfast was being laid out while we were on our soup course, and we were early for dinner! I would book somewhere else next time

Review 4：The property is good although a bit quirky. In hot weather this place can be insufferable and you need to have your meals out on the terrace with all the wasps and flys! The food was generally good too.

Review 5：The drawback of being so near the cable car (which is on the other hand ideal for skiers!) is that you can see the main cable car station and car park from some guest rooms as well as from thr bar area. Maybe the bar/restaurant area could be made cosier with some curtains on the side where the station is?

Review 6：We really enjoyed our week here- travelling with teenage kids who were able to reach the cable car in less than 1 min as well as the best apres ski bar in the area. The owner Mrs. Kerschdorfer is amazing- couldnt do enough for us..very personal service and a great team. All is all, we can highly recommend this hotel!

Review 8：Everything was great, the interior looks new, the rooms were beautiful and huge, big bathroom. Our friends got even bigger room with terrace and a little decorative pond. Every day we had a rich program outside so unfortunately we could not be on time in the hotel to have a dinner (till 19:30), but the breakfast was very good. Just 20-30 min ride from the hotel there is serpentine toll road (8.5 eur.) with astonishing views of the National Park Hohe Tauern. There is a few bars and restaurants on walking distance and a lot of them on 5-10 minutes ride. Highly recommended.

Review 9：Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Spa facilities were excellent. Food was really good and I think we put on at least half a stone during our stay. Location was fantastic - would be even better in winter. Right next to winter lift and only 2 mins walk from train station which gives you access to the whole valley.

Review 10：This is a small town, not too much going on in the summer. But the hotel is near the supermarket, the train station and some walking paths.

Review 11：This is an wonderful place to stay. The rooms are large, bright and airy with nice balconies. The food is very good. The spa facility is beautiful with saunas, steam room and infrared sauna plus a large solarium.
